Study On The Influencing Factors And Development Paths Of Sports Park Operation In China From The Perspective Of Healthy China

With the in-depth implementation of the "Healthy China strategy",the concept of "national health" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and the awareness of fitness among the masses has been continuously enhanced.The construction and improvement of regional public sports service system has attracted much attention.However,at present,the contradiction between the growing needs of the Chinese people for sports and fitness and the unbalanced and inadequate development of fitness facilities still exists.The problem of "where to go for fitness" has yet to be comprehensively solved.As an important carrier of national fitness in the new era,sports park has become an important way to provide "green" public sports services and meet the needs of national multi-fitness.The good operation of the sports park is an important guarantee for the high-quality development of the sports park,which has important practical significance for enriching the health supply content of the sports park,meeting the regional national fitness demand and improving the quality of public sports service.Wuhan is a central city that implements the strategy of the rise of Central China and shoulders the mission of building a pilot area for the construction of new development pattern in the country.It has the commonness and characteristics of first-tier cities and second-tier cities,and is also the core of Wuhan City circle.The construction of its sports park can provide useful reference for the construction of sports park in other cities,regions or city circles.This study uses literature,expert interviews,field research,questionnaire survey,case analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,takes Wuhan Sports Park as an example,bases on the perspective of healthy China construction,takes sports park operation as the main line,and focuses on the idea of "theoretical analysis--real research--influencing factors--development path".On the theoretical level,it expounds the function bearing of sports parks from the perspective of healthy China,and defines the development orientation of sports parks.At the empirical level,the operation conditions and deficiencies of Wuhan sports park are systematically revealed through the current situation investigation,and then the main influencing factors of the operation of the sports park are analyzed,and the development path of Wuhan sports park is proposed.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The investigation of the present situation of Wuhan sports park shows that the consciousness of establishing sports park is strong in each region,and the actual construction is unbalanced in the region.Operation mode can be divided into traditional enterprise type,entrusted operation type,enterprise operation type and enterprise double-track type.The source of funds is mainly government financial support,and diversified financing is insufficient.Basic fitness facilities are convergent,the park features fitness supply is insufficient.In the actual operation of sports parks,the main investment channels are simple and the financial burden is too heavy.The supporting facilities are not perfect,the service function is limited;Lack of characteristic construction,competitive advantage is difficult to prominent;Public welfare venues are less open,and group participation is not high;Unbalanced ratio of resources and lack of professional talents;Problems such as insufficient intelligent application and lack of power for transformation and upgrading.(2)The factors influencing the operation of sports parks in Wuhan are mainly reflected in five dimensions such as policy driving,market development,characteristic construction,organization management and social environment,including 21 elements such as policy system,sports industry development,cultural characteristics,service system and economic environment.Among them,policy-driven is the macro-oriented and exogenous driving factor that promotes the operation and development of sports parks,market development is the supporting factor affecting the diversified operation and economic efficiency of sports parks,characteristic construction is the guarantee factor affecting the multi-healthy operation supply of sports parks,and organizational management is the regulatory factor affecting the operation and implementation of sports parks.Social environment is the pulling factor that affects the comprehensive effect of sports park operation.(3)With the goal of serving healthy China,the result of promoting national fitness,and the operational situation and its influencing factors as the problem orientation,the development path of Wuhan sports park is proposed as follows: strong planning: do a good job in top-level design,and systematic planning leads the development;Stimulate vitality:enrich the main participation,improve the vitality of park operation;Promoting demand:improving infrastructure to meet the diverse needs of residents;Construction features:coordinated development according to local conditions,to create a characteristic sports park;People-oriented: pay attention to the people-oriented,coordinate the multi-stakeholder relationship;Good innovation: multiple mode innovation,improve the operation management system;Finance Technology: Internet + technology empowers and promotes intelligent development.
