With the development of the Internet,the training of talents is no longer limited to offline,and more and more online learning platforms are beginning to emerge.In order to improve the teaching effect,colleges have introduced learning platforms as a supplement to face-to-face teaching.Therefore,an excellent learning platform is of great significance to the training of innovative talents in colleges.This paper designs and implements a team collaborative learning platform based on multi-domain management mode by analyzing the learning management system in colleges and the open online learning platform outside colleges.The platform serves as a classroom teaching support system that focuses on schools(universities,vocational schools,middle schools and corporate schools),and supports teachers and students to improve the teaching efficiency and the quality of learning,and to lay the foundation for the personalized teaching and the personalized learning.The work of this paper is based on the enterprise-level online learning platform developed by the Communication and Computer Network Key Laboratory of Guangdong.The following problems exist in the application process of the platform.First,with the wide application of the system,the user organization in the system is larger and larger,the hierarchical relationship is more complicated,and the system has the problem of user management scope and unclear management responsibility division.Second,the current system is based on course teaching,and learners learn in an individual or class manner.They cannot learn based on project or subject,and learn as team members.Third,the evaluation module is too simplistic,not enough to support the multi-to-one requirements,visibility requirements and multi-level training requirements for the evaluation of team projects.Based on the above reasons,this paper completed the following works in the original system: First,through the research of collaborative learning theory,design and implement a team project module,and analyze the application of the module in specific scenarios,abstracting a variety of general scenarios.Second,the multi-domain management mode is introduced in the user management module,which can manage the complex user organization structure and control the visibility of the user organization.Third,in order to support the application scenario of the team project module,design a flexible allocation evaluation strategy,support teams advance to the next round in the evaluation module,and introduce a text similarity detection algorithm to assist the teacher evaluation.Fourth,solved many trivial issues in the system,including the image compression,special character processing,evaluation process optimization,statistical analysis and export of results,automatic login of platform-related systems.In addition,this paper further studies the problem of assistant assessment,trains an automatic scoring model,realizes the automatic scoring of short answers to specific facts,and achieves good experimental results through model ensemble technology.During the development of this article,about 180 front-end updates and 150 back-end updates were released.The system spanned two major versions,and the latest version was 6.0.The system has been deployed in multiple colleges.After testing this article and feedback from users,the system has achieved good results.
