Design And Implementation Of Chinese Composition Automatic Scoring System For Senior High School Entrance Examination

As the state popularized compulsory education,everyone had the opportunity to enter into middle school,which contributes to the huge increase in the number of students facing more and more pressure for the large-scale entrance examinations.Among them,the great amount of information in the marking process of Chinese compositions is the most difficult work with the demand of teachers and the slow speed of scoring.Moreover,Chinese compositions have strong subjective characteristics,which leads to the complexity of scoring standards.The objectivity of Chinese compositions is often influenced by the subjective factors of the marking teachers.Therefore,the research on automatic scoring of Chinese composition has practical application value.Starting from the marking of Chinese compositions in senior high school entrance examination,this paper makes an in-depth study on the machine marking of the Chinese composition in the middle school entrance examination to solve the problems of low efficiency and strong subjectivity in the marking process.Based on the analysis of the traditional paperless marking process,this paper introduces the automatic scoring process of Chinese composition in the senior high school entrance examination and combs the user needs of the system.In order to get the automatic scoring model of Chinese composition for the senior high school entrance examination,this paper analyzes the existing automatic scoring methods and the marking standard of composition in senior high school entrance examination,designs and extracts four kinds of features that can reflect the quality of compositions,including the basis,the structure of the text,the emotion and the language.Then,the random forest regression model is selected to train these features,and a scoring model suitable for the automatic scoring system of Chinese compositions in the middle school entrance examination is obtained.Based on the above automatic scoring method,an automatic scoring system of Chinese composition for senior high school entrance examination is designed and implemented.The validity of the automatic scoring model is verified by experiments,and the results show that the scoring model has high accuracy.After detailed system testing,the final design and implementation of the automatic scoring system verified that the system can smoothly complete all functions.The system has a friendly interface,detailed system prompt and instant system response,which contributes to good usability.
