Premier Li Keqiang proposed "mass entrepreneurship" and "popular innovation" in 2014.Since then,"innovation","entrepreneurship" as an inexhaustible driving force for the sustainable,healthy and high-quality development of the economy and society,has gradually become the mainstream and frontier of the Times.In September 2018,Opinions on Promoting High-quality Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Creating Upgraded Edition of "Double Creation" was proposed that "Double Creation" Upgraded Edition should be created to enhance employment ability,scientific and technological innovation ability and industrial development vitality.[1] It marked the in-depth promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship on the basis of early development.Innovation and development depend on innovative talents with innovative ability and innovative quality.Therefore,the development of popular,broad-spectrum innovation and entrepreneurship education in high education institutions,the cultivation of innovative talents is the new requirement of social development for education,the important mission of the times to high education,and the key to the development of education at this stage.In order to improve the development model of innovation and entrepreneurship education,promote the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.The author mainly conducts research on five aspects: Firstly,through consulting the materials related to innovation and entrepreneurship education,to understand the research results of scholars in this field and the current development status of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Secondly,this paper elaborates the "Iceberg model",learning Pyramid theory,the "Senge's Model" and the learning organization construction and takes them as the theoretical basis of this study.Thirdly,Starting from the aspects of teaching idea,teaching goal,course content,teaching method,organization form and evaluation system,this paper puts forward the teaching mode of constructing innovative entrepreneurship education and the deep integration of professional curriculum-Innovative teaching mode.Fourthly,through the Tianjin vocational and technical Normal University electronic information professional single-chip application technology,EDA technology and microwave technology and antenna course for classroom observation,some teachers and students interview and questionnaire survey,the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education in the professional classroom analysis,to verify the implementation of innovative teaching model effect.Last,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the EDA technical classes with the best response,summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the electronic information specialty in carrying out innovative entrepreneurship education,and promotes the development of innovative entrepreneurship education in China.The research results of this paper are as follows: 1.From the six aspects of teaching concept,teaching goal,course content,teaching methods,organization form and evaluation system,this paper sum up the new mode of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,aiming to promote research and development of innovative entrepreneurship education in our country.2.On the basis of the actual investigation of the application technology of single chip microcomputer,EDA technology and the course of microwave technology and antenna,this paper validates the innovative teaching mode,summarizes the current experience and shortcomings of the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education and specialized education,and the development direction of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China in the future.
