As one of the key elements of the core competence of the profession, cooperative skills have become the necessary skills for the colleges and universities to carry out employment guidance and cultivate talents to enter the society smoothly.Cooperative behavior is the direct manifestation of individual cooperative skill level.Attachment theory provides a theoretical basis for the interpretation of individual non-utilitarian cooperative behavior.Based on the attachment perspective, this study explores the relationship between attachment and cooperative behavior with the aim of promoting individual cooperative behavior. In order to improve the quality of individual attachment, improve the inherent bad attachment patterns, promote students to actively participate in interpersonal interaction, expand cooperation skills. In this study,439 subjects were selected to analyze the attachment quality of college students and its influence on cooperative behavior.Using the "Cooperation Scale" in the Chinese version of the Parental and Peer Relationship Scale(IPPA-R)and the "Measurement of Cooperative and Competitive Personality Tendency" to investigate the relationship between the two.The results showed that college students had the highest degree of trust in their mothers and the lowest degree of alienation from them.College students generally communicate with their friends more than their parents.Compared to mothers and friends, college students have the lowest degree of attachment to their fathers. In the relationship between the quality of college students 'attachment and the tendency of cooperative behavior, the trust and communication of individuals to their parents and friends are positively related to inclusiveness, reciprocity and willingness to cooperate. The alienation dimension of parents and friends is negatively related to inclusiveness, reciprocity and willingness to cooperate.Mother attachment, father attachment, and friend attachment all have positive predictive effects on cooperation. The second study uses a 2 * 3 hybrid experimental design of two factors, namely startup level(safe attachment startup group, neutral control group)* interactive type(traitor, neutral, collaborator).Security attachment is started by using memory writing tasks, and computer programming of repeated prisoner's dilemma games is used to set three sets of games in the game. Each group has different levels of cooperation(Note: collaborators: 75 % cooperation level;Neutral: 50 per cent level of cooperation;Betrayer: 25 % cooperation level)to simulate the three typical interactions that may be encountered in real life, namely: collaborators, neutrals, and betrayers. The number of cooperative behaviors between the safety attachment initiation group and the neutral control group in the face of different types of mutualists was investigated, and whether the attachment type of the participants had regulatory effect was investigated by using the Chinese version of the Status Adult Attachment Scale(SAAM).The experimental results show that there is significant difference between the safe attachment initiation group and the neutral control group in the safe attachment detection project, which proves that safe attachment initiation is effective.Taking the starting level and the interactive type as independent variables, and the total number of cooperative behaviors as dependent variables, the variance analysis of repeated measurements is carried out.Among them, the main effect of the start-up level is extremely significant, and the main effect of the interactive type is extremely significant. The interaction between interactive type and startup level is significant.Individual attachment types have regulatory effects. The conclusion of this study shows that the attachment quality of college students is related to cooperative behavior.Individuals with high attachment quality have higher levels of cooperative behavior.Safety attachment activation can effectively improve the level of cooperation behavior of individuals in repeated prisoner's dilemma games. At different starting levels, the attachment type of the individual has a regulating effect on the level of cooperative behavior.
