Research On The Winning Factors Of The Pom Cheerleading Competition

Cheerleading is a movement that originated in the United States and has only developedfor more than 100 years.It has won the favor of people all over the world with its unique charm of unity and vitality.In 2001,the cheerleading project entered China,although the development time of the project in China is relatively short,but the development speed is extremely fast.And the cheer freestyle pom with its wide range of audiences,high participation,rapid development of the characteristics of the first by the public contact and familiar,in the process of promoting the cheerleading project,the pom cheerleading from the beginning to the end is in an important position.To be a representative of the cheerleading movement.However,the combination of theory and practice on how to win in the competition is still deficient in the research of science and pertinence.In view of this,this paper mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview,analytic hierarchy process,questionnaire survey,video analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods to take the influencing factors of the winning of cheerleading competition as the research object.Firstly,by using AHP obtains the weight order of the factors that affect the winning of flower ball cheerleading in the competition,and obtains the main influencing factors.Secondly,in practice,based on the 2017 and 2018 National cheerleading Championships,starting with the first three complete sets of movements of the collective flower ball cheerleading team,this paper makes an in-depth study on the video materials of the full set of movements of the six teams,and respectively studies the action techniques.The main influencing factors of artistic arrangement and completion are compared and analyzed,and the development status of domestic flower ball cheerleading is understood,and the action technology is special.It is pointed out that the development trend of the project will be more scientific and professional.Through the study,it is found that:(1)Using the AHP step analysis,the weight order of the factors that affect the winning of flower ball cheerleading in the competition is obtained: consistency of action,technical skill movement technology,combination of exercise,stroking techniques of pom,formation arrangement,expression,spatial consistency,Spatial hierarchy,basic action,transition and connection.(2)Stroking techniques: action technology influence the flower ball,the main factor to win in the competition is the technical skill action technique and the ball action technique.The key point of the technical skill is that the amplitude is large,the center of gravity is stable,and the attitude is beautiful;the success of the technique of the ball action is mainly to emphasize the fast and manual position of the force of the arm.(3)Artistic arrangement: exercise combination including basic action,difficult action,transition and connection,formation arrangement,and spatial arrangement are key factors for the artistic arrangement.The results are as follows: first,In the basic movement arrangement,the basic flower ball movement arrangement of the winning team of the two championship matches both accounts for about 1/3 of the complete set of movements.Second,As for difficult action,According to the ability of the players,the high-level skills should be selected as far as possible.The high-level movements with rotation are the most common ones,and the jumping actions are the most frequently used ones.Third,In the arrangement of transition and connection,compared with the 2017 winning team,the overall rhythm of the 2018 is faster and the action is more closely connected.Fourth,In formation arrangement,the duplicate formation of the two winning teams is few,the effective formation is more,and a certain number of mobile formation is used,so the overall artistic effect is better.The selection of formation types of each team is mainly balanced and symmetrical and centralized.The combination of scattered and centralized transformation methods are used many times to enhance the appeal.Fifth,In spatial arrangement,the frequency of spatial variation of the two winning teams is summarized as follows: ground + standing(A + B)> standing + vacation(B+ C)> ground + standing + vacation(A + B + C)= Ground + vacation(A + C)> collective vacation(C)> collective ground(A);on the basis of flower ball movements,the level design and spatial combination are tailored to make the overall arrangement more natural,dynamic and diverse.(4)completion: the main factors that affect the success of the game are motion consistency,spatial consistency and expressiveness.The conclusion is as follows: the main reason for the consistency error is the inconsistency of the movement amplitude caused by the players' lack of reasonable positioning in the transfer and transition and connection movements.Some athletes do not accurately grasp the rhythm of music,resulting in inconsistent movement rhythm.At the same time,in the event of cheerleading,athletes' personal charm and good comprehensive performance ability can not only catch the referee's eyes and infect the audience,but also show the special features of a team.It has even become one of the most important factors in its unique competitiveness.
