Research On The New Age Social Organization Participating In The New Model Of The Urban Community Aged Service Supply

Under the new era,it is a new requirement for every old person to be able to support himself or herself,to enjoy himself or herself and to enjoy himself or herself.The main problem is that it pays too much attention to the individual and ignores the overall needs.To trace the source,the study of social organizations was introduced from Western countries.Influenced by the background of Western society,a series of systems on the theoretical supply of social organizations participating in old-age care services were refined,but China is a socialist modern country.Western theory is not always able to fully adapt to China's National conditions.Therefore,the key point of this paper is to find a breakthrough point in theory,realize the transformation from individual to "mechanism",and find a new model suitable for the development of Zhuzhou.Based on the study of the development process and current situation of social organizations,this paper first investigates some typical cases of social organizations participating in the provision of old-age services in urban communities under the new era of Zhuzhou City,Hunan Province.The system from the theoretical basis,development status quo,outstanding problems,construction perfect,countermeasures and suggestions to carry on the discussion.This paper analyzes the new mode of Zhuzhou social organizations participating in the provision of old-age care services in urban communities,and,through combining theoretical and practical foundations,assists domestic and foreign solutions to relevant cases,and puts forward some feasible suggestions.In order to better build the social organization of the new era in Zhuzhou City to participate in the new mode of urban community old-age service supply.
