| After the.18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the educational concept of“Lide,Shuren”and people-oriented has gradually penetrated into all aspects of education and teaching.The school respects of students and pays attention to the development of students’ autonomy.Today,focusing on the cultivation of students’ "core literacy",self-participating clas’s management occupies an important position in the field of education.Carrying out independent participation class management in primary schools is an important measure to cultivate students’ "core literacy" and implement the fundamental tasks of education.It is also an urgent need to adapt to the development trend of world education reform and enhance the international competitiveness of China’s education.This paper takes Zhuzhou.City J School A as the research object,searches for the theoretical basis from the possibility and necessity of implementation,and the author tries to explore a suitable development method of class management for primary school students through the practical research and effect display of primary school students’ self-participating class management.This research adopts the method of literature research.The author analyzes and sorts the relevant documents of class management and self-participating class management,defines the concept of primary school students’ self-participating class management,and clarifies the core and theoretical basis of this research,the first is the philosophical foundation of subject theoiy,the second is the application of subjective education in class management At the same time,from the class management to the pursuit of cultivating people as their own responsibility,J school "people-oriented,Lide Shuren" school philosophy,the primary awareness of primary school students to enhance the three aspects of the implementation of the possibility.At the same time,this paper uses the case analysis method and the action research method to focus on solving the problem of cultivating primary school students’awareness of participation and how to participate.In terms of implementation steps:mainly review the current status,from the existing teacher-based management methods,as well as the class management of some teachers in the school where the author is still in the classroom.which is not conducive to the growth of students;the class teacher understands and learns to imitate and finally form an effective autonomous participation class management model.In terms of implementation measures:At first,the establishment of fixed subgroups on the basis of democratic elections,team leader recommendation and class selection,independently select appropriate members to form a bundled cooperative group such as learning and routine management,and at the same time carry out reasonable seating arrangements and establish participation.The second is to guide students to establish goals,organically combine class,group and individual goals,and clearly definethe direction of class management.The third is to establish a classmanagement mechanism,through democratic elections,additional posts,and regular rotations to stimulate the active participation of students inclass management.The fourth is to contribute to the construction of classculture,to cultivate students’ participation in management from the twoaspects of class material culture and spiritual culture.The fifth is toorganize class activities,fully embodying students as the center,letstudents independently organize the entire process of activities to play theeducational role of self-participating class management.Sixth,theimplementation of diversified evaluation,through respect for thedifferences of students,to meet the need for incentives and multipleevaluations to follow up,form a home school and The six sides of thesocial synergy practice Body education goals.Finally,through the seriesof cases,the implementation effect of the primary school students’self-participating class management is presented,and the remainingproblems are considered and the future is forecasted.The implementationeffect is as follows:First,cultivate the students’ autonomy,realize the "Iwant to do" from the original "I want to do" to the present.Second,improve the efficiency of class management,students gradually form the sense of responsibility of the class master.Third,it is to improve the professional quality of teachers,to a more professional level in terms of professional concepts and teachers’ professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability.Fourthly,to promote interaction between home and school,students not only prefer class life,but also have better at home.The performance of the parents gradually trust the class,support and cooperate with the class work. |
