A Study On The Community Participation Of Social Work In "Hidden Youth"

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and the rapid development of Internet technology,the social structure is changing day by day.At present,a group of people who escape from people's view and do not participate in the life of the community,namely "hidden youth",is emerging.Community as the main living place of this group,social work intervenes in the participation of the "hidden adolescent" community and changes the low participation rate of the "hidden adolescent" community is particularly important.In view of this,this research takes the H community as an example.Firstly,through the methods of interview and observation,the author analyzes the causes of the phenomenon and the present situation of community participation,and then makes use of the methods of social work such as case work and group work,etc.to analyze the causes of adolescent's "hiddenness" The community participation of the "hidden youth" should be involved in practice,so as to help the young people to change the hidden situation and to promote their active participation in community activities,so as to provide valuable reference for the follow-up practitioners in the "hidden youth" service.The study found that “hidden youth” has limited participation space,single participation form and passive participation in community participation.The lack of personal physical and psychological status,the lack of informal support system and the lack of formal support system are affecting the hidden youth community.The main factors involved.Through social work services,such as case counseling,community participation mutual aid groups and community participation activities,social work intervention in community participation services for "hidden youth" has achieved some results,Mainly reflected in the extension of the client community participation space,the diversification of the client community participation forms and the improvement of the client community participation initiative.However,social workers have less experience in serving the “hidden youth” group,which still causes many shortcomings in the process of social work involved in the “hidden youth” community,mainly reflected in the social workers' services of“hidden youth”.Insufficient professionalism,the public's attention to "hidden young people" is not enough,and social work intervention services are unstable.Finally,in response to the above problems,this study proposes further countermeasures and suggestions,and believes that it is necessary to further develop personalized services,enhance the professionalism of social workers,and raise the public's attention to“hidden youth”.
