| Recent years,science and technology become a great impetus for social development.Citizens should master certain knowledge and skills of science and technology,and possess technology and engineering literacy.Teenager should have good technical and engineering literacy to adapt to the future life and career.Assessment of students’ technology and engineering literacy is an effective way to acquire students’ literacy development and the quality of education,it has strong practical significance.Firstly,analysis the framework structure and test compose of the "NAEP technology and engineering literacy evaluation framework",to understand the design concept of technology and engineering literacy evaluation project.Through the interpretation of the "Primary School Science Curriculum Standard",understand the changes and trend of the standard of science education.Thirdly,according the research results,design the technology and engineering literacy evaluation program for grade six students.We used the tests and questionnaires to measure and collect data from 90 students at three schools in Nanjing.Fourthly,Using SPSS and Rasch model to verify the scientificity,rationality and feasibility of the test.Finally,by comparing with the school score,verify whether the research can accurately measure the student’s literacy and explore some objective factors that affect the student’s literacy.The results show that: the reliability and validity of the test are good,the difficulty is moderate,the degree of distinction is good,the difficulty of the test is roughly matched with the students’ ability,and the overall quality of the test is high.Each item in the test is of good quality and high correlation coefficient,which is close to the target of the evaluation,and the measurement error is small.It shows that the test is consistent with the expected simulation,and has a significant correlation with the school score,and it can accurately measure the students’ ability.Technology and engineering learning experience,family education and other factors affect students.The research results will provide valuable reference for the future development of technology and engineering literacy. |
