The high school level test is a level test that identifies the quality of students' learning.At the same time,the test results are also the main reference for college admissions.The results of the academic level test can better reflect the students' comprehensive ability in knowledge and literacy,process and method.Therefore,the grade division is an important task of the academic level test.The research based on the Mixture Rash Model has important reference.This paper takes the mixture Rasch model in the item response theory as the research basis.Firstly,it conducts a descriptive statistical analysis of the multiple choice questions in the mathematics subject of Guangxi Academic Proficiency Test in 2018,and divides the ranking according to the total score and then the specific proportion.The analysis compares the difficulty and discrimination of each candidate in each multiple-choice question.Then,two cases of potential category numbers when estimating with the mixture Rasch model are discussed.One is that when the number of categories is known,the number of categories is also 4 to comparison with the fourth-order division of the Guangxi study.And it is found that the estimated classification at this time is in good agreement with the original ranking,and the change in the proportion of the four categories also increases the chances for candidates to take the college entrance examination.The other is to estimate the proportion of the potential categories when the number of potential categories is 3,4 and 5,and the comparison results show that when the number of potential categories is 5,the classification effect is the best,and the classification is more detailed.It is conducive to college admissions choices and candidates' college entrance examination opportunities.Finally,the paper summarizes the research of the full text.By combining the Rasch model with the function of analyzing the potential categories,it is applied to the division of academic level ability,which provides new ideas and methods for exploring more scientific and rigorous academic level ability division methods.And the actual feasibility of its feasibility and rationality,found that it is still a good feasibility,but still need to improve the theoretical research and algorithm optimization,in order to make it better applied to the division of academic level ability.
