Writing plays an important role in Chinese learning.With the latest revision of the Chinese curriculum standard for senior high school students,the task group of "Literary Reading and Writing" has made new demands on senior high school students’ writing,and creative expression and personality expression have attracted more and more attention.However,the current situation of Chinese writing teaching in senior high school is not optimistic.Students’ writing level is low.Creative Writing has become the difficulty of Chinese teaching in senior high school.Creative Writing,which originated in the United States,has already set off a wave in developed areas at home and abroad.It encourages students to strive to stimulate their creative potential,to recognize themselves,to express themselves freely,and to train their creative thinking and writing ability in the process.Based on this,the author conducts an action research on Creative Writing Teaching in senior high school.On the basis of sorting out relevant materials and investigating and understanding the present situation of writing teaching in senior high schools,this paper takes 52 students from Grade One(10)of Baita Middle School in 2018 in Nanchong City as the research object,adopts action research,questionnaires,interviews and other methods,guided by the ideas of creative writing,relevant theories of Educational Psychology and new curriculum teaching ideas,and conducts a period of time for the students in the target class.About five months(September 2018 to January 2019)of action research on creative writing teaching,this paper explores whether "Creative Writing Teaching" has a real and effective role in fostering students’ writing interest,writing habits,creative thinking and improving students’ writing ability.By collecting and analyzing data such as interviews with students in the post-test of creative writing teaching in senior high school,questionnaires in the post-test,students’ writing scores in five examinations during the period of students’ works and action research,it is shown that students in the target class are more approving of creative writing teaching,changing their conflicting feelings and negative attitudes towards writing,and their accuracy and fluency in writing language,and completeness of writing content.And creativity has improved.It can be said that creative writing teaching in senior high school can help arouse the writing interest and motivation of senior high school students to varying degrees,cultivate creative thinking of senior high school students,and improve the writing ability of senior high school students.At the same time,it can enrich the teaching form of senior high school writing,and play a greater positive role in improving the teaching effect of senior high school writing.Based on the conclusion of action research,the author reflects on the action research process of creative writing teaching in senior high school,and gets inspiration,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the action research of creative writing teaching in senior high school.
