Research On Project Management Of College Students' Social Practice

Social practice is an important way to cultivate college students' practical ability,to promote college students' understanding of society and life,to train college students' will,and also an indispensable part of modern higher education.In recent years,with the development of China's education,college students' social practice project management is gradually mature,has made remarkable progress in the management philosophy,management mode and management mechanism,to lay a good foundation for the implementation of College Students' social practice,but also made agency support for the innovation and optimization of social practice.In order to improve the quality of College Students' social practice,must actively seek the scientific method of project management,innovation management system,management methods and channels,the establishment of excellent management team and management mode to enhance college students' social practice effectiveness,and provide a more reliable guarantee for the future development of college students.This paper analyzed the project management of College Students' social practice.Firstly,The thesis makes full use of advanced theories,such as the theory of quality education,the theory of goal management and the theory of Marx's realism,discussed the basic status of the project management of College Students' social practice,took san xia xiang as an example.At the same time,we use questionnaires and interviews to communicate and communicate with teachers and experts in social practice project management of college students and college students,so as to understand the opinions of college students and experts on current college students' social practice project management.Finally,on the basis of the above research,we put forward suggestions for optimization and improvement of College Students' social practice project management,it includes the following contents: First,optimize and improve the management mode of social practice projects,enhance the scientific and pertinence of project management,and provide reliable organizational guarantee for the development of social practice activities of College students;Secondly,we should intensify publicity efforts,rectify college students' attitudes towards social practice projects,mobilize their enthusiasm for participation and enhance the vitality of social practice projects;thirdly,we should strengthen the construction of management team,especially the comprehensive qualities of organizers and planners of social practice activities and leading teachers,so as to improve their comprehensive management level for universities.Provide reliable guidance for the development of social and social practice projects;Fourthly,we should build a dynamic monitoring system to track the development of social practice projects of College students,grasp the problems in practice in time and realize the whole process management;fifthly,we should build a long-term management mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of practical management from the aspects of management system and management mechanism;Finally,it is to fully grasp the progress of the project,provide suggestions and guidance at any time,and evaluate the results of practice,ultimately improve the quality of practice.
