Research On The Educational Effect Of San Xia Xiang Program On College Students In He Nan Province

The “San Xia Xiang” social practice of college students is a voluntary service activity carried out by colleges on the winter and summer vocation under which college students go to the countryside to spread scientific and literacy knowledge and offer medical service to farmers.In the program,students popularize and preach theory,observe the national and social condition,support and assist agriculture scientifically and technologically,provide education and care service,render art and cultural services,offer caring medical service and conduct wild china practice.Through the colorful “San Xia Xiang” social practice,the students can be educated,can enhance their abilities and contribute to the society at the same time,which could not only improve their ideological and political quality,strengthen their focus on national interest and people’s livelihood,but could also improve their practical competent and promote the socialization of students.Under the great attention and support from party,government and all walks of life,the college students “San Xia Xiang” social practice Henan Province has gained remarkable educational effects.the practical environment has been improved constantly.The educational condition has been optimized.However,due to the influence from society,college,family and students,the present “San Xia Xiang” social practice of Henan Province is still faced with some problems,such as the unfulfillment of public opinion guidance,unscientific organization and management and imperfect guarantee system.A further improvement is desiderated.Aiming at these problems,to further perfect the “San Xia Xiang” social practice of college students,and to further play its educational role,this paper suggests that colleges and all the relevant departments should pay high attention to the educational work of the “San Xia Xiang” social practice of college students.According to the principle of “refined targets,systematized working,projectized implement and three-dimensional propagation”,it is necessary to further strengthen public opinion guidance,intensify organization and management,complete the guarantee system and finally to insure the realization of educational effect.In the matter of strengthening public opinion guidance,the public opinion field construction should be strengthened,the propaganda team construction should be enhanced,the resource should be deeply excavated and reported,and the achievement summarizing and display should be promoted.In regard to strengthening organization and management,institutional framework should be established and perfected,the student participation scope should be widened,the effectiveness of the practice should be strengthened,the specialized characteristic should be fully used,and the achievement and efficiency assessing system should be perfected.While in the matter of completing the guarantee system,the relevant rules and regulations should be perfected,the practice base construction should be strengthened,the teacher’s guidance system should be improved,the safety management work should be strengthened,and the practical activity funds should be implemented.
