Study On The Rights Interests Protection Of Women Workers Under The Daily Wage System

In the leather industry of Shiling Town,Huadu District,Guangzhou,there are a group of special workers who are active in the daily wage labor market regulated by the government.Employment relationship only lasts in the short term(mostly on the same day).With experience and skills,they usually get higher unit price than long-term workers.Before 2008,the leather industry in Shiling Town mainly relied on foreign orders to develop its economy.Affected by the financial crisis in 2008,foreign orders fell sharply under the international economic situation.Due to poor management,the management of the leather factory in Shiling Town escaped frequently,which caused the workers' income security not to be guaranteed.Therefore,many skilled workers choose the informal employment mode of daily wage system to seek partial stability in the unstable employment market through continuous bargaining and "earning money".Shiling town leather manufacturing industry is a labor-intensive industry,there are a large number of informal employment groups,including many female workers,its production and reproduction organization,problems and solutions deserve attention.Through the gender perspective,cross-analysis paradigm and analysis from two levels of production and life,this study concludes that the interaction of gender structure and institutional settings,capital and patriarchy leads to the fragile situation of women workers' rights and interests.In order to change this situation,many women workers choose the daily wage system to try to avoid institutional risks,get rid of capital to build and exploit their image,and resist the patriarchal restraint of female workers' subjectivity to protect their rights and interests from infringement.But this struggle for autonomy is still weak and falls into the logic of capital pursuit accumulation and flexibility.In the process of globalization,the rights and interests of daily-wage women workers and their sense of resistance to rights are closely related to the difficulties and solutions that women workers face together.This study directly faces the rights and interests of female workers,and tries to put forward the possible ways to protect the group of daily-wage female workers,thus triggering the academic circles to improve the plight of the protection of the rights and interests of female workers.
