The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that we should,on the basis of the two goals of doubling the income of the people set at the 18 th CPC National Congress, make "the people's lives more prosperous",and ensure that while achieving economic growth,we should simultaneously increase people's income. In the forty years of reform and opening up,China's advantage of cheap labor was obvious in the early stage. However, with the gradual disappearance of demographic dividend and the increasingly rich social and cultural needs of the people, the original low wage could not be maintained under the background of the change of labor supply and demand structure, and it was difficult to meet the people's higher life needs.Since 2010,the wages of the workers in our country presents the obvious rising trend, considering the effects of inflation, urban employment growth rate is always higher than the labor productivity growth, real wages in absolute terms,2.7% higher than in 2010,2.2% higher than in 2017,so to speak is an objective fact,is also the objective need.Based on the wage theory of Marxist economics, this paper combs the origin, main content and characteristics of Marxist wage theory. The wage theory of Marxist economics mainly integrates labor value, capital accumulation and labor relations to explain the wage decision.Based on this, this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework.By investigating the evolution of key factors affecting wage in the process of reform in China, and using provincial panel data from 1997 to 2016,regression analysis shows that wages of workers in China are different.Change has obvious sticky characteristics, mainly affected by factors such as social labor productivity, fixed assets investment, residents' consumption level, etc. It is consistent with the core viewpoint of Marxist economic wage theory that "accumulation is an independent variable, wage is a dependent variable" and that labor reproduction needs affect wage level. At the same time, due to China's labor legislation, labor relations and so on.The system design related to regulation is still being perfected. The existing data show that the relationship between wages and trade unions is weak.In addition, the empirical study of this paper also finds that the key determinants of workers' wages in China have some similarities and differences in the eastern, central and Western regions. The main content of the article is divided into five parts, mainly using the literature analysis method, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis method and other analytical methods.Based on the analysis framework constructed by Marxist wage theory, the main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction part.Firstly, the historical background and significance of the research are expounded theoretically and realistically.Secondly,it collates the relevant research literature at home and abroad, compares and analyses its research perspectives and research methods, and finds out its shortcomings,in order to try to improve in this study. Finally, the main research methods, research contents and innovation deficiencies of this paper are described. The second part: theoretical basis and analytical framework. This chapter combs the theoretical origin, main contents and key characteristics of Marxist economic wage theory comprehensively, and finds that Marxist economic wage theory mainly studies workers' wage decision from three aspects: labor value, capital accumulation and labor relations, and the three are not independent of each other, but play a common role.Through the combing of Marxist wage theory, based on the above three theoretical foundations, the analysis framework of this paper is constructed. The third part: the historical evolution of the factors that determine the wages of workers in China.Through the construction of the theoretical framework of the second part, this paper combs out the practical and specific factors that can affect the wage change in China from three aspects: labor value, capital accumulation and labor relations. It mainly makes use of the relevant data from 2006 to 2016 to make a direct comparative analysis.Through the comparison of trends,it reflects the historical changes and the three factors that influence the wage change on the basis of the real data. The theory is verified. In terms of labor force value, through the measurement of "survival wage" and the investigation of changes in workers' educational level, specific indicators such as labor productivity, profits of industrial departments above scale, ratio of supply and demand of workers are selected from the angle of capital accumulation, and historical changes such as the number of trade unions, number of labor arbitrators are analyzed in terms of labor relations,so as to directly show their relationship with workers. At the same time,it provides a certain basis for the model construction of the fourth part. The fourth part: In the part of econometric analysis, based on the provincial panel data from 1996 to 2016,this paper chooses representative indicators to construct regression analysis model, and makes a more direct study and analysis of the wage determination mechanism in China.Combining with the theoretical analysis results of the article,it clarifies the key factors of the wage determination mechanism in China. On the whole,it finds the change and influence degree of influencing factors in the process of social development, finds the problems better, and provides support for the fifth part of the relevant recommendations. The fifth part: relevant suggestions, according to the theoretical basis of the second part of the article, the basic factual problems of the third part, and the regression analysis results of the fourth part, put forward relevant suggestions synthetically, from the angles of optimizing wage distribution system, promoting labor productivity, optimizing the structure of accumulated investment and strengthening the exertion of social power of trade unions, etc. Some suggestions are put forward for development.Comparing with the existing research, based on the reorganization of the wage theory of Marxist economics, this paper uses Chinese data to test the classical theory, which provides a consistent explanation between theory and history for understanding the wage decision of Chinese workers from the macro level. At the same time, the actual measurement of the important variables involved in the wage theory of Marxist economics in the existing studies is not much, and the application of classical theory in empirical analysis is insufficient. This paper attempts to measure the variables such as "survival wage" and their changes, and analyses the possible role of capital accumulation and changes in labor relations in wage determination. It has certain content and methods in the study.Innovation and complementarity. |
