| With the continuous attention of the society and colleges to the quality of talents training and the in-depth development of the quality assurance and evaluation of higher education,domestic research on the quality of undergraduate teaching and classroom environment is increasingly widely carried out.Classroom is the main place of school education,where students and teachers grow together.Classroom teaching environment not only affects the organization and arrangement of teaching activities,but also affects the learning behavior and learning effect of college students,and affects the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Therefore,the optimization and reform of undergraduate classroom teaching environment is one of the keys to improve the quality of undergraduate education and promote the connotative development of higher education in China.So what is the current situation of classroom teaching environment in colleges and universities? How do college students learn in class? What problems still exist in the classroom teaching environment?Does it need to change? These problems that have not been completely solved still need to be considered and explored.In the context of the new normal of economic development and the popularization of higher education,the reform of classroom teaching environment in colleges and universities is faced with many challenges,such as the update of educational technology,the reform of teaching methods and the adjustment of teaching objectives.This research mainly adopts questionnaire,interview method and observation method,and the study combing research on classroom teaching environment at home and abroad.Firstly,we theoretically study the connotation,structure and theoretical basis of classroom teaching environment,which lays a foundation for empirical research,and then choose a comprehensive university as the analysis of samples,we distributed questionnaires to college students,and conducted structured interviews and other surveys,and collected first-hand research data.We used SPSS22.0 analysis tools for the questionnaire data analysis and investigated the classroom teaching environment of undergraduates.Based on the students’ perception and evaluation of the classroom teaching environment,this paper summarizes the current situation of the classroom teaching environment for undergraduates,and finds that the classroom teaching facilities and rules and regulations are relatively complete,and the campus learning style construction is in good condition,and the classroom interpersonal relationship is harmonious,and the teachers’ classroom teaching level is high,and the students have a strong sense of self-learning.The main problems are: the physical environment can not meet the needs of students,and the implementation effectiveness of rules and regulations is low,and the teaching work of teachers needs to be improved,and Students have their own shortcomings.We analyzed the causes of the problems and it is found that the main factors affecting the classroom teaching environment are the external macro environment,government education policies,education management concepts,university personnel training objectives and the main elements of classroom teaching.Based on the investigation of the current situation and the analysis of the reasons,this paper puts forward some strategies for optimizing the classroom teaching environment.Colleges should set up humanized classroom physical environment,strengthen the construction of study style,and establish effective incentive mechanism.Teachers should pay attention to students’ learning needs,and set up diversified teaching methods and rich classroom activities,and strengthen the in-depth communication with students.Students should correct their learning attitude,and take the initiative to communicate with teachers,and strengthen independent learning,and have the courage to express themselves.These Suggestions can also provide reference for other universities to optimize the classroom teaching environment. |
