| Teachers’ practical knowledge is generated and acquired by teachers in teaching practice.It comes from practice and guides teachers’ practice.It runs through the whole teaching process of teachers.It is an important knowledge base for teachers’ professional ability development.Therefore,the study of teachers’ practical knowledge plays an important role in teachers’ self-growth and professional development.Teachers’ daily teaching behavior permeates teachers’ practical knowledge.What kind of teachers’ practical knowledge does vocational college teachers possess? What is the uniqueness of their practical knowledge? This research mainly adopts the qualitative research method,taking the practical teachers as the research object,collects the first-hand research data through classroom observation,in-depth interview and material collection,and in the continuous interaction with the data,To better analyze the practical knowledge owned and used by teachers in vocational colleges and universities,and finally to draw it out in a fresh way.This research mainly includes the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the origin of the research,the significance of the research and the definition of related concepts.On the basis of combing the literature,the author summarizes the existing research,and introduces the research content,theoretical basis,Research ideas and research process.The second part is the content of teachers’ practical knowledge in vocational colleges.It mainly presents and analyzes the practical knowledge of the research object,and finds that their practical knowledge mainly includes teachers’ self-knowledge and teachers’ subject knowledge.There are five parts: teachers’ knowledge of educational situation,teachers’ knowledge of safety education and teachers’ knowledge of class management.The third part is the characteristics of teachers’ practical knowledge in vocational colleges,which is the core part of this study.It is found that although each teacher’s specific manifestation and presentation state are different,most of their practical knowledge shows unique individuality,practicality of knowledge,interaction between teachers and students,dynamic situational nature,and so on.The warning of practice and the reflection of individual.The fourth part is the conclusion and reflection of the research,summarizes the unique features of teachers’ practical knowledge in vocational colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions based on the research results: teachers should pay attention to teaching practice and promote personal reflection;Pay attention to teachers’ own professional growth and empower teachers’ practical knowledge.Finally,review the research process,self-reflection. |
