Case Work Intervention In Emotional Management Of College Students

College students who are not mature in mind will inevitably suffer from psychological diseases in the face of various pressures in their study and life.Research shows that psychological disorders are often related to emotional factors.Therefore,effective emotional management is the basis of college students' mental health,and it is the necessary premise for them to complete their studies smoothly and high-quality,and to better serve the society.The study selected a case study of social workers' involvement in emotional management of College students.Through practical operation reflection and theoretical exploration,it was concluded that social workers must have a reasonable choice of ethical dilemma and try necessary follow-up care.Although the theory of advantage perspective in western social work can help the service objects to explore their potential and enhance their emotional management ability to some extent,it is necessary to clarify the primary and secondary relationship between advantage perspective and problem perspective,so as to find the balance between them.It is a new subject of social work to absorb the philosophical thoughts and survival wisdom of traditional Chinese culture reasonably and solve the emotional management of people in many ways according to the facts of the clients.The work mode of case practice and mental health education complement each other so as to promote the development of psychological potential and creativity of college students.According to the current social development and the needs of colleges and universities,it is suggested to actively cultivate and build a high-quality social worker team,advocate volunteer intervention service led by professional social workers in colleges and universities,and carry out multi-disciplinary activities to create positive emotional experience,so as to implement college students' emotional management and mental health services.
