Role play is a symbolic game activity in which toddlers take “role-playing” as the main token means to express and express their own understanding and experience,ideas and wishes of real life and links.Role play creates opportunities for children's social,linguistic,cognitive and emotional development.Observation is a purposeful,planned,directional and lasting perceptual activity.Carry out education,observe first.Observation is an effective way for teachers to understand children,is the basis of appropriate education,and the premise of guiding play.Therefore,it is helpful for teachers to analyze,interpret and respond to children's play behavior and to carry out appropriate education by studying the effective strategies of teacher observation in role play.This study reveals the effective strategies of teacher observation in role play through the present situation of teacher observation in role play of 4 to 5 year-old children.In the course of the study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 135 kindergarten teachers in 9 different levels of kindergartens in a certain district of Nanchang,and 18 managers and teachers of 3 kindergartens were interviewed.To observe the strategies of implementing the observation on the role play teachers in 7middle classes in 3 kindergartens.On the basis of understanding the development of the 4 to 5 year-old children role play,from the following four aspects: the formulation of observation purpose,the distribution of observation contents,the analysis of recording methods,and the analysis and evaluation of observation results,the present situation of teachers' observation for the role play of 4 to 5 year-old childrens is analyzed.The main problems of teachers' observation include: the observation target is not clear enough,the observation content neglects the play level of the 4 to 5year-old children,lacks the comprehensiveness,the observation record way is more random,lacks the objectivity;The analysis of observation results is limited and lacks depth.This study is directed towards revealing the effective strategies of teacher observation for the role play of 4 to 5 year-old childrens,and puts forward someeffective suggestions for teachers' observation strategies through in-depth observation and research.include:Make the observation more direct by defining the object of observation;Pay attention to the observation content,make the observation more comprehensive;Make accurate record,make observation more objective,do result analysis and make response more effective.Based on this,the paper finally reflects on the kindergarten and teachers,including the kindergarten solid development of kindergarten-based teaching and research,to support teachers to do a good job of observation.Teachers change the view of children,respect the role of children,change educational behavior,respect the level and development of children's play.
