Teachers’intervention in role play is a controversial issue which attracts lots of people to study and various people have held their own views.This research is based on these studies and put the focus on the practice of teachers’ intervention in T kindergarten.The researcher record the intervention case to make sure they are real and objective, use a combining method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to analyze these case in different point of views from the motivation,the process and the result.To make a deep understanding of the teachers’ intervention,the study analyze the process of teachers’ intervention in two aspects,one of which is the way of teacher’ intervention and their emotional attitude,another is the manner of children’ respond to teachers’ intervention and their emotional attitude.On this basis, the study discusses the intervention of teachers and suggests the corresponding education proposals.The study found that,the main motivation of teachers’ intervention in role play is to emphasize the game rules and the game paly,in which the rules of material selection, placement and operation and rules of the role account for the majority.In the aspect of process,teachers mainly use language to intervene children’s role play including question-answer, imperative, the proposed formula, evaluation type, which is accompanied by a neutral emotional state.Action is the main way of children’ respond to teachers’ intervention. In most cases children can maintain their original emotional state.In the aspect of result,most teacher tend to leave the game after the completion of the intervention site.Children will continue their pervious play after in accordance with the requirements of teachers or open a new game inspired by teachers.This study suggests that the intervention of teachers in the role play of T kindergarten still has a great space for improvement. Teachers need to keep learning,to update their knowledge of role play.They also need to take more sensitive and efficient guidance and intervention to children’ play under the premise of respecting the wishes of children,whose goal is to make a common progress.
