Chinese subject is a compulsory basic cultural subject of vocational education in our country,and writing teaching occupies an important position in Chinese teaching.Writing not only affects the overall culture quality of students,but also relates to the students’ future life.However,current writing teaching of vocational school faced the embarrassing situation.Comparing with ordinary high schools the degree of attention which comes from vocational schools and teachers is not enough.The students’ writing attitude is worrying because they have all kinds of bad habits,for example,they are not serious with the work,they copy others work,even don’t write at all.According to above phenomenon,the author conducted a large number of surveys and interviews,found that students’ bad writing attitude is not only related with the reality “they are not able to write”,but also closely related with their psychological state “ be afraid of writing” and “unwilling to write”.In view of the phenomenon of vocational school students writing motivation level is not high,this paper first presents the characteristics of vocational school students’ writing motivations through the questionnaire,and then analyzes the causes according to the characteristics of motivation,and finds a way to solve these causes.On the basis of reading a large number of psychology and pedagogy related literature,this paper attempts to stimulate and cultivate the writing motivation of vocational school students from two aspects,strengthening external motivation and stimulating inner needs.This paper puts forward strategies by giving full consideration to the vocational school Chinese curriculum goal,the students’ learning and professional characteristics,psychological characteristics and writing motivation.To cultivate vocational school students writing interest is the key,to improve the vocational middle school students writing confidence is a must,to give writing atmosphere is necessary.On this basis,we use the comprehensive strength of all aspects of cooperation to help vocational school students change the writing current situation.The specific methods of strengthening external motivation are: to provide clear,timely and frequent feedback;rational use of external reward;effective use of praise;to shape the personal charm of Chinese teachers and give students the correct expectation.The specific methods of stimulating inner needs are: to help vocational students to establish the correct writing goal,to create a good reading environment and atmosphere,to establish appropriate self-efficacy,to cultivate vocational students with good oral expression ability,to cultivate vocational school students writing interest.Through the above strategies,the author hope that the level of writing motivation of vocational school students will be improved,and finally vocational school students can regard writing as an easy and pleasant thing.
