| With the development of society,people realize that the teaching level of teachers directly affects the future of children and the development of society.The curriculum standards for teacher education(trial)promulgated by the ministry of education requires that teachers should have the consciousness of lifelong learning,the ability of independent thinking and independent learning,and be able to teach creatively.At the same time,mobile learning,a new way of learning,has been concerned by the society.It is consistent with the concept of teacher training,so it is necessary to study the mobile learning behavior of teachers and its influencing factors.This paper investigates teachersf mobile learning behavior and its influencing factors.The purpose is to optimize teacher mobile learning,provide effective career planning for teachers lifelong learning,and promote the professional development of teachers.The study is divided into four parts.The first part is the basic information of teachers.The second part is the mobile devices owned by teachers and their use.The third part is the resource environment of teacher mobile learning.The fourth part is the teacher mobile learning behavior and influencing factors.Based on the comprehensive questionnaire and interview outline,the author concludes that teachers’ mobile learning behaviors have the following characteristics:First.Different teachers have different motivations and tendencies for mobile learning.The learning motivation of young teachers is obviously lower than that of middle-aged teachers,but the learning tendency of young teachers is obviously higher than that of middle-aged teachers.The learning motivation of teachers with short teaching years is obviously lower than that of teachers with long teaching years,but the learning tendency of teachers with short teaching years is obviously higher than that of teachers with long teaching years.Chinese,mathematics,English and so on main subject teacher’s study motive is obviously higher than other minor subject teachers.Second.Teachers seldom use WeChat,weibo,QQ and other platforms for learning and communication,and their learning enthusiasm is not high.Third.Most teachers pay attention to practical knowledge in mobile learning.Teachers only focus on the current teaching,can teach good students,good grades can be the class.Therefore,when carrying out mobile learning,the most important thing is how to improve the teaching effect,how to manage the class,how to manage the students and how to improve the students’ performance.The fourth.Immobilization of mobile learning occasions and less learning time for teachers.The teacher is to use fragmentary time to study in the school commonly,and.want give attention to two or more things work and family,study in busy spare time,study time cannot get safeguard.Combined with questionnaires and interviews,the author found that the factors affecting teachers’ mobile learning behaviors are as follows:First.The learning motivation of teachers of different ages,teaching ages and subjects affects their mobile learning behaviors.Young teachers have short teaching years and low learming motivation;Teachers of Chinese,mathematics,English and other subjects are highly motivated.High motivation promotes learning behavior,while low motivation is not conducive to learning behavior.Second.The distraction of attention makes teachers unable to focus on mobile learning.Third.Insufficient investment in learning will inhibit teachers’ mobile learning.The fourth.The support of family members will promote the mobile learning of teachers.The fifth.The lack of learning resources and the lack of information operation technology are not conducive to teachers’ mobile learning. |
