Research On Wuhan City’s Grain And Oil Supply Strategy Based On Social Network Analysis

In order to speed up the structural reforms on the supply side of the grain and oil processing industry,China has placed more emphasis on increasing the supply of green,high-quality grain and oil during the " Thirteenth Five-Year Plan " period.Quality-assured grain and oil project is an important part of the "Food Security" project and it is related to China’s national economy and people’s livelihood.In Hubei Province,the "quality-assured grain and oil" project was officially launched in 2012.By now,the province has built 17 regional distribution centers,103 grain and oil distribution centers and nearly 2,000 chain stores.Wuhan is the capital city of Hubei Province.It is located in the central part of China and is the core of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.It is also an important comprehensive transportation hub in the country.Coupled with its high population density and strong demand for grain and oil products,the layout of its grain and oil products will directly affect the grain and oil safety of Hubei Province and even the whole country.In recent years,Wuhan has secured initial success in the construction of the grain and oil market system.However,with the influx of migrants and changes in consumer demand,the supply side of quality-assured grain and oil will face more severe tests.Therefore,this article takes Wuhan City as an example to study the supply situation in the quality-assured grain and oil market,which will help further promote the effective operation of the grain supply and supply system in the province,and improve and complete the construction of the grainy grain and oil "one network" project,and thus help to reform the supply side of Hubei province.Based on supply-side reforms,this article starts with the supply channels,store layout,brand building,and marketing plans of the quality-assured grain and oil products market in Wuhan,and analyzes the market supply conditions of the grain and oil products in Wuhan.Then a central analysis of the supply relationship between the quality-assured grain and oil sectors in Wuhan is conducted by using investigation methods and social network analysis methods.Also,a series of problems in the supply of grain and oil in the Wuhan market is found,such as unreasonable layout and unsmooth market channels and so on.In order to solve the problems,and improve the construction of the grain and oil market system in Wuhan,Finally,a "four-in-one" market supply strategy is proposed finally,i.e.adding a reasonable grain stores to improve the supply distribution,broadening supply channels to open up the product market conducting brand strategy to highlight brand advantages,and undertaking social responsibility to inhance social identity.
