| Higher vocational education is an important part of China’s higher education,which is an important link to improve the national quality of our country.In the context of structural reform of our domestic demand especially,human resources is the strategic resource of university personnel training,scientific research and social service,which has promoted the management level,cultural accomplishment and economic level of enterprises and institutions in China.Meanwhile,the increase of high-quality innovative talents has further highlighted the role in higher vocational education.Therefore,the development foundation of human resources of higher vocational education lies in the establishment and cultivation of leading management level,powerful teachers and a scientific research team with reasonable structure and high quality,and the establishment of a reasonable and efficient human resource management system.Firstly,this paper expounds the current development status and existing problems of China’s higher education,reviews the research statusof human resource management,clarifies the structure and content of the article,and constructs the idea map and main methods adopted.Then,it summarizes the theoretical basis of human resource management,including the concept of human resources,the connotation and characteristics of human resource management,the connotation,characteristics,application and related countermeasures research of human resources management in universities.Finally,taking JGM vocational and technical college as the study case,by using the method of questionnaires and in-depth interviews,analyzes the age,academic qualifications and professional titles of the management system and teaching and research system,and the salary system,performance appraisal methods and employee training of JGM College,digging out the problems existing in the college human resources,including unreasonable human resource structure,backward human resource management concept,unscientific incentive system and assessment mechanism,lower managerial quality,imperfect training system and lack of career management in some aspects.and put forward the optimization strategy for the problems above,draws conclusions and points out the shortcomings of this paper.In summary,the value of this paper lies in the practicality of theory and case,pointing out some common problems that need to be solved in the management of human resources in vocational and technical colleges,broadening the application width of research,and providing a good reference material for the development of vocational colleges,increasing the research value. |
