Research On The Cultivation And Application Of College Student Cadres' Ability

With the new era of Socialism with Chinese characteristics,the state and society attaches great importance to the Chinese college ideological and political education work.Under the guidance of the work about college students' affairs in the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the national college ideological and political work conference,the thesis is combined with the requirements of the Communist Youth League Central Committee and the Ministry of National Education about the student union and organization structures that two educational links belongs to the party central committee.With the national requirements of the high moral values establishment and the character cultivation,the thesis analyzes the problems of the college student cadres' ability cultivation and effects which aims to enhance their abilities and the application.Based on the latest requirements of the Party and the state for the training of college student cadres in China and combined with the research results of the domestic and overseas scholars,this paper expounds the relevant contents and the relationship between the abilities and functions of college student cadres,and analyses the internal links in the work of the college student cadres' ability cultivation and application.This paper investigates the current situation of the cultivation of college student cadres' ability by means of questionnaires and three-dimensional interviews,through the analysis of the progress,shortcomings and causes in the work,putting forward pertinent suggestions and thoughts from the perspectives of the concept,environment,conditions,paths and methods of the cultivation of college student cadres' ability in order to strengthen the effective role of student cadres in practical work.
