| The development of The Times puts higher demands on the reform and innovation of primary education.As an important camp and sensitive stage of education reform,basic education is the life foundation and cradle of innovation and development.The education in the new era requires the improvement of students’ creative thinking and innovation ability,and teachers’ teaching behavior needs to be innovated urgently.In view of the status quo of Chinese education and teaching in primary schools in China,the traditional paradigm and normative ethics have constrained teachers’ individual development and teaching freedom,and the practical dilemma of instrumental rationality and utilitarianism has led to teachers’ immobility and spiritual impoverishment.The growth and development of primary school Chinese teachers need to pay attention to the coordination between self and external environment,the unity of life value and professional value,and the teaching of Chinese needs to break through the restriction of empiricism and group consciousness.This paper on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research and practice to the dimensions of teaching and different cases are defined,by bergersen creation theory of evolution,husserl’s phenomenology and constructivism theory as the foundation,using the qualitative research methods,in-depth wu L primary school teaching scene,participant observation different grade of primary school Chinese teachers’ classroom teaching more than50 section,choose eight typical teachers classroom observation and record,concrete analysis of their classic teaching cases,with different routine for refining its teaching practice.In addition,three of the teachers were interviewed for in-depth understanding of their intentions and subjective feelings.Through the comprehensive use of literature analysis,classroom observation,case study and dialogue and interview,this paper explores the specific use of conventions and exceptions in the teaching of primary school Chinese teachers,and tries to make a theoretical construction of them.This paper summarizes the connotation,characteristics,elements,generation,rules and influence of conventions and exceptions in Chinese teaching in primary schools,and provides referential Suggestions for teachers’ educational life and growth.Convention is a kind of routine teaching behavior gradually accumulated and used in different situations in teachers’ daily teaching.Exception refers to the alienated teaching behavior of educators who violate the general rules and break the conventional teaching paradigm in teaching.Conventions and exceptions have their own advantages and disadvantages and exist relatively.They can transform each other under certain conditions.The conventional one has the characteristics of critical power and innovation,while the exceptional one has the characteristics of appeal and criterion.The use of conventions and exceptions of primary school Chinese teachers should satisfy the life elements,aesthetic elements and scale elements.Rich life is the source of inspiration for teachers to generate Chinese thinking.Aesthetic classroom teaching provides ideas for teachers to update teaching methods.Primary school Chinese teachers are influenced by exogenous factors to consciously use and follow the conventions,and consciously produce conventional behavior,and are influenced by endogenous factors to produce the intrinsic impulse and essential demand of creating exceptional cases.Through the development and practice of exceptional cases teaching,it is expected to achieve the creation and transcendence of teaching.Primary school Chinese teachers education on the growth of life needs to have the courage to "abnormality","self cure" wisdom and the rationality of "rebellion",to face the system limitation,The Times and the reality of education life predicament enveloped,need courage to have "not" outside its purport,moderately reserved "bloody" literati,both "growth" and "external growth" balance,to achieve the liberation of personality and the reality of self transcendence. |
