With the implementation of the Education 2.0 program,the in-depth application of teacher's personal cyberspace has been put on the agenda once again.As the main function of teacher's personal cyberspace,knowledge sharing plays an indispensable role in the in-depth application of space.And many studies show that trust is a key factor which affects knowledge sharing.In the process of knowledge sharing in teacher's personal cyberspace,the establishment of trust relationship can promote knowledge sharing,meanwhile,trust will develop with the deepening of knowledge sharing activities.However,in practical applications,there are many problems and obstacles on establishment of trust relationship in the process of knowledge sharing.To the end,this study starts with the knowledge sharing in teacher's personal cyberspace,analyzes the present situation and performance of trust establishment,and proposes strategies to promote the establishment of trust relationship.Based on the analysis of knowledge sharing process and behavior in teacher's personal cyberspace,the paper summarizes the interaction between knowledge sharing and trust.By analyzing the four trust relationship in knowledge sharing process?information trust,ability trust,good faith trust and personality trust?,the author constructs the path framework of the establishment of trust on the process of knowledge sharing in teacher's personal cyberspace,which is based on Mcknight's initial trust theory.The path concludes initial trust,trust selection and trust persistence.Then the paper points out evaluation standards and four influencing factors on the establishment of trust relationship:spatial factors,individual factors,knowledge factors and interaction factors.Starting from the Theory of Social Exchange,the interview method,statistical analysis method,social network analysis method and observation method are used to analyze the data of the teacher's personal cyberspace before October 1st,2018 in the educational resources public service platform of Keqiao District,Shaoxing City.Then the paper points out three present situation on the establishment of trust relationship,namely information association obstructed,the initial trust is difficult to establish;the reciprocity expectation is difficult,the trust choice is hard to generate;the interaction process is short,and the trust persistence is difficult to achieve.Finally,the specific strategies to promote the establishment of trust relationship are proposed:initial trust stabilization strategies,trust choice improvement strategies and trust continuous promotion strategies.In order to test the effectiveness of strategies,four teacher spaces in Keqiao District Educational Resources Public Platform are selected as sample spaces from the perspective of the disciplinary and segment distribution.Moreover,the results of the application of strategies are tested from the social impact range,perceived response?including knowledge acceptance and interaction?,and correlation strength.The results show that the application of strategies has significant effects on initial trust and trust selection.However,due to the high mobility of the teacher's personal cyberspace,the overall interaction density is low,and the relationship strength is difficult to measure,so the degree of the trust persistence is not high.At last,the paper summarizes the research contents and the existing problems,simultaneously puts forward the prospects for the future research.
