In the knowledge economy era, the overall knowledge is expanding rapidly and the cycle of knowledge update is shortened greatly. Knowledge management has become a topic of common concern in all areas of society. And knowledge sharing has become the key link of knowledge management and also the booster of creation of knowledge and society development. In the area of education, Secondary school teachers as professional in education and teaching and difficult to meet the needs of the professional development just depending on inherited knowledge and exclusive personal knowledge, and this has been proved by the studies of some scholars. Thus, the content and objections of school knowledge management is teacher knowledge sharing, which is a force in promoting teacher professional development and school development. However, in the context of examination-oriented education, the pressure of the intense promotion motivate the teachers' desire of monopolizing knowledge, in result, the teacher even suspect with each other for a lack of mutual trust. Scholars such as Li Chun Lin and Zhou Cheng Hai have found that lacking of trust is a major obstacle to teacher knowledge sharing. Meanwhile, the study found that more than 90% teachers and the school's administrators believe that the establishment of trust can inspire the teacher to share their knowledge. Owing to the unpredictable risks that will bring to the benefit of knowledge provider caused by the knowledge sharing, therefore, teachers will not be easily to share their fruitful knowledge to other people unless to establish a deepen relationship with them, without any risk and worry. It is obvious that the main task to settle the obstacle of teacher knowledge sharing is to study the mechanism of trust for knowledge sharing by teachers. There are many studies about the effect and means of the Secondary school teacher knowledge sharing, at the same time, the achievements of teacher interpersonal trust and organizational trust seem to be a lot. All the above have provided the theoretical and practical basis to our study here. However, there are not much studies of the teacher knowledge sharing trust mechanism, which seem to be scattered. In the result we need to do further systematic studies about this mechanism.Our research is beyond this background, using questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current situation of teacher knowledge sharing trust mechanism.In this research we can find that there are some drawbacks of this mechanism, for example, there is a communication gap between the main communicators; teachers have less confidence of the communication in school; trust security system is flawed. Because of those reasons, we can analysis the causes of the drawbacks, and propose specific measures to improve the mechanism. Specific course of the study are as follows:in the first part, we study some relative theories of teacher knowledge sharing trust mechanism, including (1)interpreting and defining the concept of the trust of knowledge sharing and the trust mechanism. (2) Analyzing the dimensions and characteristics of the mechanism in order to come up with the model of the mechanism. In the second part, we are going to analyze the current situation of the mechanism. First, using questionnaires and interviews to discover the problems of the mechanism, then, analyze the reasons for problems. In the third part, we are trying to improve the secondary teacher knowledge sharing trust mechanism. At very beginning, according to the problems, proposes solutions strategy theoretically, which means to explain the basic concepts of social exchange theory and the implications of this study. After that propose concrete measures from school organizational structure, culture and institutions. Since trust mechanism improvement is a gradual, complex process, it still need to be studied in different degrees and aspects so as to promote the development of teacher knowledge-sharing trust and realize the knowledge sharing.Using the social exchange to study the teacher knowledge-sharing trust mechanism can explain the problems in that mechanism better and propose ways to solve problems so that can inspire teachers to share their knowledge. But the mechanism includes a variety of complex factors,the establishment and development of the teacher knowledge sharing trust mechanism are affected by many subjective and objective factors, as a result, this study has certain limitations. However, the author hope to provider readers with a perspective of analysis and thinking, and as a starting point for future research.
