Research On The Supply Side Reform Of Ideological And Political Teaching In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,with the care and support of the party and the state,the teaching of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities in China has developed vigorously,and achieved a series of historic achievements,such as the continuous scale and specialization of the construction of teachers,the continuous scientization and systematization of teaching contents,the continuous diversification and modernization of teaching methods,so as to lay a solid foundation for the better implementation of the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.However,with the rapid development of Ideological and political teaching in Colleges and universities,some problems caused by the weak coordination of various elements on the teaching supply side can not be ignored.This paper selects four universities such as Yunnan University as samples to formulate and implement a questionnaire.According to the survey results,in the process of rapid development of Ideological and political teaching supply side in Colleges and universities,due to its lack of overall coordination ability,there are still some problems,such as weak linkage ability of teaching objectives,limited exertion of teachers’ main functions,insufficient flexibility of teaching contents,weak diversity of teaching methods and insufficient harmony of teaching environment.These problems affect the completion of the requirements of the party and the state on the construction of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities,and indirectly delay the implementation of the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.In order to promote the innovative development of Ideological and political teaching in Colleges and universities and better complete the mission of Ideological and political teaching.The supply of teaching methods and teaching environment should be reformed as a whole.In order to continuously enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of Ideological and political teaching supply in Colleges and universities,improve teaching quality,and better implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.
