With the completion of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the construction of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan(Zhongshan-Zhongshan)Passage,the gradual realization of the construction of the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District,the state has paid more and more attention to the development of vocational education in the Pearl River Delta region.Therefore,many secondary schools in the Pearl River Delta face new situations and urgently need to reform in terms of running schools and teaching models.The past models have shown many lags in today's society,and need to be based on schools,students and society.In view of the actual needs of the parties,it is necessary to establish a school-running model that is beneficial to all parties in order to be recognized by all sectors of society.Take Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province as an example.In 2010,there were 32,000 students enrolled in the school.In 2015,it increased to 40,000,and in 2019,it will reach 49,000.The number of people is increasing,but the social recognition of vocational schools and the speed of social recognition of secondary school students are not synchronized.One of the reasons is that the comprehensive cultural literacy of vocational students has not been improved simultaneously,and the campus culture and class culture construction have not been improved simultaneously.As far as the actual situation of secondary vocational education in China is concerned,the class is the basic unit of educational practice.In the secondary vocational colleges,the education and practice of students' knowledge and skills,and the management of students are all based on class.The main position of cultural development in the class,how to make the class culture construction well,to achieve results,and to promote professional development with class culture construction has become a key issue that has to be faced.Taking the classes of secondary vocational colleges as the research object,the paper analyzes the content,principles,ways and various influencing factors of the cultural construction involved in the class construction,based on the special conditions of the secondary vocational colleges,respectively,from the material,system and The four levels of activities and spirits discuss the construction of class culture,explore professional culture and integrate into all aspects of class students' learning and life with appropriate forms,and cultivate the whole class to form independent and good behavior habits,and finally achieve excellent training.The goal of the professional is to improve the social identity of the school and the students.This paper mainly analyses and studies the basic types and implementation results of "class culture construction" in secondary vocational schools,and refers to the research results of scholars at home and abroad.Combining with the current situation of Vocational Education in the Pearl River Delta region,it innovatively puts forward how to carry out "class culture construction with professional characteristics" in the Pearl River Delta region.Taking Zhongshan City as an example,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the graduates of T School in Zhongshan City from 2011 to 2017,and visited relevant enterprises to find out the employers'satisfaction with the students' work,and put forward strategies to improve the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational schools from different perspectives.Such as building a good class management mechanism,creating a positive atmosphere for cultural construction;strengthening the transformation of underachievers,promoting the integration of cultural construction and specialty,and setting up realistic goals for students' growth;speeding up the promotion of comprehensive quality of secondary vocational students through cultural construction;paying attention to career planning and setting up reasonable career goals;relying on the"school-enterprise cooperation" model,realizing school-enterprise cooperation The model of class culture construction.
