In 2019,the State Council issued the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan",proposing to "promote the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise dual education";In 2021,General Secretary Xi JinPing proposed to "deepen the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and accelerate the construction of modern vocational education System";the integration of production and education has become an important way for the development of national vocational education.With the upgrading and transformation of my country’s industry,the demand for high-skilled and high-quality talents in industry enterprises is also increasing.The integration of industry and education is an effective way to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and meet the needs of enterprises.It is an important bridge connecting enterprises and higher vocational colleges and an important means to help graduates from higher vocational colleges find employment.Therefore,a total of five chapters from three main aspects to explore the current situation of the implementation of the talent training mechanism for the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges in the Pearl River Delta region.First,determine the research framework,methods and process.Through concept definition,define and analyze related concepts and included elements such as the production-education integration talent training mechanism,and divide the production-education integration talent training mechanism of higher vocational colleges into selection and talent training goals,majors,curriculum settings and teaching,and assessment The three parts of the evaluation are discussed;according to the German "dual system","learning by doing" thoughts and the experience learning circle and other theories,the theoretical implementation concept of the talent training mechanism for the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges is proposed.Use literature analysis,questionnaire surveys,case studies and other methods research and analyze the research status and implementation status of the talent training mechanism for the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges in the Pearl River Delta region.Second,question survey and case analysis.The questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the implementation status of the talent training mechanism for the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges in the Pearl River Delta region,and a total of 674 questionnaires were collected.The survey results found that schools and enterprises jointly participated in the selection of talents for the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges in the Pearl River Delta region,and the formulation and evaluation of talent training goals.Enterprises and higher vocational colleges jointly select students for the integration of production and education programs,jointly formulate talent training goals,and the professional and curriculum settings are in line with market needs and corporate job requirements,and they are able in terms of faculty,teaching and training bases and training rooms To meet the learning needs of students,companies participate in the evaluation and assessment of students;however,there are still deficiencies in the form of teaching organization,teaching venues for professional practice courses,the construction of the "school-enterprise dual tutor" faculty team,and the professional assessment system that need to be further strengthened and improved.In addition,through case analysis of three higher vocational colleges with good results in the cultivation of talents for integration of industry and education in the Pearl River Delta region,it is found that the selection,evaluation and assessment of the talent training mechanism for the integration of industry and education in the three vocational colleges all have corporate expertise.Participation,there are certain differences in the determination and expression of specific talent training goals,and the construction of corporate mentor teams.At the same time,it is necessary to further strengthen the training of "double-qualified" professional teachers.Finally,a comprehensive questionnaire survey and case analysis of the implementation status and common characteristics of the talent training mechanism for the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges,combined with related theories,put forward the theoretical framework model and practical path of the talent training mechanism for the integration of production and education in higher vocational colleges.First of all,from the three parts of selection and talent training goals,majors,curriculum settings and teaching,and assessment and evaluation,a higher vocational colleges and universities participate in and dock the production and education integration talent training mechanism model.Secondly,from the four aspects of the government,vocational colleges,industry enterprises,and both schools and enterprises,it is proposed to improve policies and regulations,reform systems and mechanisms,industry enterprises actively respond,and the deep integration of schools and enterprises participates in the cultivation of talents for the integration of production and education in vocational colleges. |
