Theory And Practice Of Enhancing The Attractiveness Of Vocational Education

As the economy continues to develop the Pearl River Delta region, vocational education is attractive,has become an important factor to measure the development of vocational education. In recent years, therehave been more and more countries to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education as a strategic goalof the reform and development of vocational education.“Long-term Education Reform and DevelopmentPlan (2010-2020)” of29July2010concerning the issuance of the development of vocational educationreferred to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education, which means that the attractiveness ofvocational education not enough problem has been attention. This article is in this context, the currentattractiveness of vocational education in vocational colleges the problems were analyzed, and under theguidance of the theory, the lack of attractiveness of vocational education in China and the lack ofattractiveness of the various phenomena to sort out the status quo, and then to the balanced development ofeducation of individuals, schools, community level as a breakthrough, aimed at the establishment ofvocational education with vocational education characteristics and type characteristics, thereby enhancingthe attractiveness of vocational education.Paper using a combination of literature research and survey analysis, the current attractiveness ofvocational education problems in vocational colleges were analyzed, starting from the research, variousphenomena attractiveness of vocational education for the Pearl River Delta region, trying to educatebalanced development as the starting point to build attractive modern vocational education, thus enhancingthe attractiveness of vocational education. This paper is divided into five chapters: Chapter One sourcedescribes the complete thesis topics, research significance, study abroad and review the basic ideas of thescientific method used in the study. The second chapter analyzes the status of vocational education,vocational education summarize and analyze the reasons for the lack of attractiveness. The third chapterintroduces the Pearl River Delta region to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and principlesof theoretical support. The fourth chapter describes the Pearl River Delta region to enhance theattractiveness of vocational education in internal policies. The fifth chapter describes the Pearl River Deltaregion to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education in external policy.By studying this paper, the author expected to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education toprovide some practical measures to ease the economic development and the development of education doesnot match the embarrassment caused by this situation, by leaps and bounds as vocational education,“1025”period development to make their own modest.
