Research On Cooperative Cultivation Mechanism Of Science And Technology Finance Talents In Hunan Province

Technology is the pirimary productive force,and finance is a huge driving force for the moderm economy.As the core carier of technology finance,talents are also the main force of science and teclhnology innovation activities,which is very important for the effective operation of science and technology finance.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of science and technology finance,the demand for compound financial talents by science and technology financial institutions has gradually increased,resulting in the lack of high-quality science and technology finance talents becoming a shortcoming in the development of science and technology finance in our province.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a collaborative training mechanism for’"soccer and enterprise school" of science and technology financial talents,which are jointly participated by the government,science and technology finance enterprises,universities and the whole society.Through the questionnaire survey and interviews with the employees of science and technology finance related industries in Hunan Province and the personnel of the government’s science and technology finance departments,this paper describes the supply and demand situation of talents in science and technology finance in Hunan Province,and uses the gray correlation method to make the demand for science and technology financial talents.The empirical analysis shows that there are still a number of scientific and technological financial talents in Hunan Province,such as insufficient number of talents,insufficient structural talents and a system of multiple collaborative training mechanisms.In response to the above problems,the paper puts forward measures such as strengthening the level of cooperation in talent training,taking into account the interests of various parties,establishing a database of;"technical financial talents",and establishing a sound government-led collaborative external safeguard mechanism,and finally establishing and improving science and technology financial talents.The school’s "cooperative training mechanism"provides power support for the development of science and technology finance in Hunan Province.
