Based on the perspective of education integration,this paper takes two primary schools in Changsha as the object,combines the questionnaire survey data,explores the problems existing in the primary school integration of migrant workers'children,and finds out the relevant reasons.Finally,on this basis,this paper explores the relevant countermeasures,in order to provide useful suggestions for promoting the primary school integration of migrant workers' children.The study finds that there are four problems in the integration of education into primary school for migrant workers'children:cooperation and communication,learning and practice,culture and aesthetics,and moral habits.The specific manifestation is:in the integration of cooperation and communication,when they successfully become students in public schools,we still need to consider whether migrant workers'children can integrate into school in time.The collective.In the integration of moral habits,there is a problem of etiquette habits for migrant workers'children.In terms of integration of learning practice,migrant workers'children are not fully integrated in learning.Generally speaking,the teaching process includes teaching organization,classroom teaching and performance evaluation.In terms of cultural aesthetic integration,these students do not have many cognitive channels to unfamiliar areas.These problems lead to the low degree of integration of migrant workers'children into urban education in their hearts.Cause analysis found that these problems are caused by the following reasons:from the perspective of cooperation and communication integration,mainly due to the inferiority of migrant workers'children themselves,the lack of timely immigration of school rolls and social prejudice against migrant workers.The main reason for the integration of cultural aesthetics is that parents have limited time to accompany their children.Most of the migrant workers'children know Changsha culture through school curricula and have little time to feel it on the spot.The integration of learning practice is mainly due to their own foundation and the original school teaching methods,in adaptable educational progress,textbook versions and content have changed,coupled with language problems,they encounter many obstacles in learning.In terms of the integration of moral habits,most of the children are still very good in terms of moral habits.The biggest problem lies in etiquette and habits.On the basis of finding out the problems and discussing the reasons,the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:school,family,society and government.The main contents include:school should improve the management of school roll of mobile students,establish a formal school roll system to allow the children to be included in school roll in time,establish a"mental health"file,pay attention to the psychological growth of the children with migrant workers,and the families of migrant workers should actively participate in it.We should build a family-school system to improve the etiquette habits and communicate with our children in a reasonable way;strive to integrate the education of migrant workers'children into the ecosystem,improve the social security system of migrant workers'children,and use public opinion to enhance the social status of migrant workers;establish a degree prediction and early warning system for primary schools in Changsha City,with government funding to develop"public welfare courses"to explore the compensatory nature of migrant workers'children.Education.The innovation of this paper is that,taking Changsha City as a sample,combining with the actual questionnaire survey data,this paper explores the problems,reasons and Countermeasures of the integration of migrant workers'children into primary school education,and makes some innovations in the research object and methods.
