| In recent years,the Northeast economy,once known as the eldest son of the Republic,is facing is facing multiple pressures,which has triggered a series of discussions on the "hard landing" of the Northeast economy.Although population mobility is still in the process of transformation,a large number of empirical studies have shown that population mobility has played a significant role in stimulating regional economic development and accelerating economic development and modernization.Therefore,from the perspective of demographic economics,it is a great significance to study the development of the inter-migration population and economic growth in Liaoning Province during the critical period of transformation and upgrading.In this paper,we take the international migration population of Liaoning province as the research object.We use the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,qualitative description and quantitative analysis,comparative analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis and other research methods.We use the Liaoning Statistical Yearbook,the National Economic and Social Development Statistical Bulletin of the calendar year,the sixth national Census data and 2015 CMDS as the data sources.The following contents are mainly studied: The study found that the total population of the inter-migration population in Liaoning Province is showing an upward trend of fluctuations and Interprovincial migration growth has slowed.In the process of inter-provincial migration,the influx of a large number of young and middle-aged people provides sufficient labor supply for Liaoning Province,and to some extent it can delay the negative economic growth impact of the population.Most of the migrant population is labor-intensive production,transportation,commercial services and agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fish industry;The distribution of the population from other provinces mainly comes from neighboring provinces such as Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning and densely populated areas.It mainly flows to relatively developed cities.Most of them moved into the townships of our province,and the education level is mainly primary school and junior high school education.In Liaoning Province,the population flow is mainly based on economic type.The proportion of autonomous flow is relatively large,and the social and cultural type migration is supplemented."Doing business " hasbecome the main reason for the influx of people from other provinces into our province.With the support of the state’s policy of revitalizing the old industrial base in northeast China,the economy of Liaoning province is stable and the industrial structure is more reasonable.However,the economic development of our province is also facing the problems of the economic growth rate that is slowing down,single investment structure,low average wage level,and lagging employment.Next,based on the model of economic growth of floating population of theory of economic growth,the study found that the scale of inter-provincial floating population has a significant relationship with economic growth in Liaoning Province,but the degree of influence is limited and different from regions.Among them,Dalian City is the largest,followed by Shenyang City,which is 0.217 % and 0.109 % respectively,which is higher than the average level of the province.The contribution of inter-provincial inflow of manpower in other cities is less than the average level of the whole province,of which TieLing and ChaoYang City are at the end of the province.It shows that the size of the floating population and the level of education in different regions have become important reasons for the contribution of economic growth to the inflow.This article suggests that our province should speed up the construction of a free and smooth flow mechanism,absorb the high-quality talents needed for economic construction,speed up the construction of a modern industrial system,and give full play to the role of central city radiation to promote the coordinated development of urban agglomerations. |
