| Horizontal bar event was once the dominant event in competitive gymnastics in China.However,in the cycle of Rio Olympic Games,the level competitiveness of competitive gymnastics in China has been greatly reduced,and the performance of horizontal bar event is also unsatisfactory.It is of great significance to study the routine choreography of horizontal bar events for the restoration of China’s horizontal bar events in the Olympic cycle of Tokyo.This study through the literature analysis method,video observation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and expert interview method,the gymnastics world championships in 2017 and 2017 World Cup in gymnastics individual events energie cottbus station,gymnastics world championships in 2018 and 2018 World Cup in gymnastics individual events energie cottbus station,2019 World Cup in gymnastics individual Baku station,more than 2019 World Cup in gymnastics individual HaZhan athletes horizontal bar project the final composition of complete set of movements and complete the situation analysis of the new Olympic cycle horizontal bar complete choreography trend;By comparing the arrangement and completion of the horizontal bar final of the national games in 2017 and the national gymnastics championships in 2018,this paper analyzes the current situation of the arrangement of horizontal bar in China.Then the two are compared to draw our country horizontal bar complete set of shortcomings and put forward more feasible Suggestions.Research conclusions are as follows: the trend of the new Olympic cycle horizontal bar complete choreography as follows: 1 the first Ⅰ group action on the choice is given priority to with circle jump 360,the first 2 Ⅱ group action on the selection and arrangement is given priority to with flying tegua,Banks and their connection,the connection string to develop more complex and more difficult,thefirst Ⅲ group 3 with complex swivel action choreography to reduce,the first 4 Ⅳgroup action choice to be born more stable approximately action tilt;Our country the status quo of the horizontal bar complete choreography as follows: 1 the first Ⅰ group action on the layout selection is given priority to with circle jump 360,2 up airspring difficult movements,the first Ⅱ group has developed special card,flight connections,but flight connection difficulty is low,the first Ⅲ category 3 action of complete set with complex rotational movement of the choreography to be reduced,the first 4 Ⅳgroup action of landing stability.Suggestion: the first Ⅱ category 1 tries to choreography is more complicated,the connection of higher value card,class flight connections,the first 2 Ⅲ group reduced with complex twist action choreography 3 to enhance the stability of the first Ⅳ group action when landing. |
