The development of science and technology and the advancement of society have promoted the transformation of people's learning concepts,and also promoted the transformation of teaching models.The popularity of networks and mobile terminals has enabled mobile learning,practical activities,research learning activities,and comprehensive practical activities.Learning methods have become more convenient and feasible.Especially with the continuous promotion of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),the application of information technology in basic education has been paid more and more attention by education administrators and front-line teachers.Information technology is being Educational technology,and even the entire basic education field has produced important influences and changes.How to utilize information technology concepts,methods and means to develop educational and teaching resources,optimize the educational process,innovate teaching links,and promote the construction and development of informationized and digital campus is one of the research directions of general concern in the field of educational technology."Meteorology" course is a part of the comprehensive practical activity curriculum in primary school.As a practical and integrated course,teachers often need to lead and guide students in classroom and gymnastics in order to let students experience the impact of climate change on human,nature and social life in real situations,and let students combine classroom knowledge with real life to help them construct knowledge more actively.The traditional classroom teaching system and teaching assistant software(courseware)are difficult to meet the needs of teaching in different sites and environments such as field and weather station(louver box).As a new educational technology,Mini Program provides different teaching possibilities for integrated practical activity courses.Through the examination of a large amount of literature,the analysis of teaching aids at home and abroad,especially the analysis of commonly used teaching aids,based on mobile learning and fragmented learning theory and constructivist learning,based on comprehensive practical activities In the "Meteorology" course,the relevant teaching system was developed using Mini Program,and on this basis,relevant teaching practices were carried out to understand the application of Mini Program in basic education.
