Interpersonal relationship problem is one of the major psychological problems which have high incidence,long duration and influence on mental health.Especially in the first year of junior high school students,they have just entered puberty,they not only have to face the new students and teachers,but also face the physiological development of emotional fluctuations.In addition,the junior high school stage is also the most important period of adolescent personality development.As a personality trait,perfectionism can not only affect all aspects of an individual's interpersonal relationship,but also affect his emotional resilience.It may also affect all aspects of interpersonal relationship through its influence on the level of emotional resilience.Therefore,this study takes junior high school students as the research object to explore the correlation between emotional resilience,perfectionism and interpersonal besetment and the mediating effect of emotional resilience between perfectionism and interpersonal besetment.It is hoped that this study can better understand the interpersonal relationship problems of the first grade junior middle school students and promote the physical and mental health of junior middle school students to develop better.In this study,400 junior high school students from a middle school in Hengshui city of Hebei province were selected as subjects,using?the Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale of Interpersonal Relationship?,?the Chinese version of the nearly perfectionist scale?and?the Youth Emotional Elasticity Scale?.SPSS22.0 and Mplus7.0 were used for data processing and statistical analysis of the collected data.The results are as follows:(1)There is no significant gender difference in the interpersonal besetment and perfectionism of junior high school students,but there is a significant gender difference in their emotional resilience,and male students are significantly higher than female students.(2)Whether the one-child differential display,there was no significant difference in interpersonal besetment,perfectionism and emotional resilience between grade one students in junior high school.(3)There was no significant correlation between the high-standard dimensions of perfectionism and interpersonal besetment,but there was a significant negative correlation with emotional resilience.Order dimension has significant negative correlation with interpersonal besetment and positive correlation with emotional resilience.There was a significant positive correlation between the diverse dimension of perfectionism and interpersonal besetment,and a significant negative correlation between diverse factor and emotional resilience.There was a significant negative correlation between emotional resilience and interpersonal besetment.(4)The emotional resilience of students in grade one plays a mediating role between perfectionism and interpersonal besetment.The conclusion of this study is:(1)The emotional resilience of male students in grade one is significantly better than that of female students.(2)Perfectionists who are well adapted are less troubled by interpersonal relationship,while perfectionists who are poorly adapted are more troubled by interpersonal relationship.(3)Emotional resilience plays an important mediating role between perfectionism and interpersonal disturbance.
