Emotion has been on the edge of Educational Science Research for a long time because of its complex,diffuse and irrational characteristics.However,whether it is rational thinking or practical exploration in the field of education,emotion is an indispensable topic.This research chooses emotion as the dimension of teacher's role investigation.On the one hand,it is the result of thinking about the essence of education.On the other hand,it focuses on the role oppression by the infinite expansion of emotional burden and the elimination of the right of emotional expression under the background of the change of educational form.The possibility and rationality of investigating teacher's role from the emotional dimension is rooted in the natural convergence of education and emotion.In this paper,the author traces the evolution of teacher's role,identifies knowledge and skills,morality,politics and emotion as the four dimensions of teacher's role research,and discusses the relationship between them.On this premise,following the logic of role theory,we can interpret the four major role behaviors in the emotional dimension: role adaptation,role transformation,role conflict and role spontaneity more carefully,highlighting the focus of emotional research,including redefining the connotation of consistent role requirements,stages of emotional stage of teacher role adaptation,types of role conflict and emotional table.Now and the emotional strategy of role self-infliction.Thesie is also based on the dual logic of teachers' practical rationality and role field.Through the role-playing of teachers,it analyses the inner emotional components of teachers: behind the struggle and burnout is the conflict between emotion and body,punishment and reward reflects the closeness of emotion and rationality,obedience and resistance reflects the compromise between emotion and order,anomie and return point to emotion and ethics.Mutual help.On the premise of confirming the rationality of investigating teachers' roles from the perspective of emotions,further explores that the role of teachers' educational emotions in the construction of teachers' roles is based on the situational,external instrumental and highly personal characteristics of teachers' educational emotions,and clarifies that educational emotions help teachers recognize the external norms of teachers' roles and promote teachers' roles.It also explores the emotional promotion strategies of teacher's role construction:expanding the emotional ontology experience of teacher's role,internalizing the emotional management consciousness of teacher's role,driving the upgrading of teacher's role's emotional quality and optimizing the cognition of teacher's role's emotional rules.
