Research On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Engineering Colleges Based On The Triple Helix

We all know that education is about national strategies.At present,China's economic and social development has entered the new normal,therefore,it is an imperative to build an innovative country to strengthen innovative entrepreneurship education and cultivate innovative entrepreneurial talents.Engineering colleges and universities,as an important position to train high-level engineering talents,innovate entrepreneurship education is an important national strategy.The development of education plays an important role in promoting the innovation of engineering technology and the construction of an innovative country in China.Based on triple helix theory,taking H university as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons of the development of innovative and entrepreneurial education in engineering colleges and universities in China at present.Based on the experience of innovative entrepreneurship education in Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT),this paper attempts to build an innovative entrepreneurship education ecosystem of government,university and enterprise.The main content of this paper includes the following five parts:1.Through combing and summarizing the literature of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the research perspective,research ideas and research methods.2.This paper defines the related concepts of engineering colleges,innovative entrepreneurship education and the connotation of triple helix theory,and further analyzes its applicability to the research of innovative entrepreneurship education.3.Taking H university as an example,this paper analyzes on the current situation of H university innovation and entrepreneurship education,and analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of H university innovation and entrepreneurship education development,and analyzes the current situation of H university innovation and entrepreneurship education development,and analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of H university innovation and entrepreneurship education development.4.Based on the experiences of Stanford University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT)in the development of innovative entrepreneurship education,this paper analyzes the enlightenment of the development of innovative entrepreneurship education in American colleges and universities on engineering colleges and universities in China.5.Based on the basic national conditions of Chinese characteristic socialism,and combining with the subject characteristics of Chinese engineering colleges and universities,aiming at the main problems existing in the development of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in the current engineering colleges,through the reference of the development experience of the innovation and start-up education in the American engineering colleges,This paper,based on the triple helix theory model,proposes the innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism of the engineering colleges,which interact with the government-enterprise-university,so as to promote the formation of the innovation and start-up education ecosystem in China.
