The Research Of Collaborative Innovation Based On The Triple Helix Theory

The former General Secretary Hu Jintao proposed to promotecollaborative innovation in the100year anniversary in2011，and TheMinistry of Financeand the Ministry of Education issued jointly andlaunched “Higher School Innovation Ability Promotion Plan in2012,thatis“2011Plan”.Along with the growing of cross and fusion of science andtechnology，as well as advance of “2011Collaborative Innovation Center”，collaborative innovation has become the main trend of science andtechnology and economy in our country.Author used the three Triple Helix Theory and cases study etc underthe background. At first, author introduced the research background、purpose and significance、research route and main content、researchmethods and possible innovations. Secondly, author analysed the theoryand concept of cooperative innovation, and the present situation ofcollaborative innovation, as well as the lack of government, universitiesand scientific research institutions, enterprises in system of collaborativeinnovation. Finally, through the analysis of background、structure、featuresand mechanism of national Collaborative Innovation Center-Henan Grain Crops，it can provide experience and suggestion for construction anddevelopment of the Collaborative Innovation Center taken the lead byChongqing Medical University. At the same time, author summaried someproblem confronted in the development of cooperative innovation.
