| The international community is increasingly affirming the value of health in people’s lives.As an important stage in the formation world outlook,values and outlook of youth on life,senior school students’ healthy development of mind and body is related to the future of the country and the nation.School is an important place for providing health ideas for senior school students and forming healthy behaviors.Government,community,family and other social support provided to schools,including policies,public health care,professional and non-professionals,nutrition,and service facilities,has important implications for the healthy development of senior school students.The assessment of the needs of senior school students for school health services is the starting point and foundation for the development of school health service.Therefore,it is a realistic and urgent problem to explore the status and influencing factors of senior school students’ current school health service needs,focus on the current social support status and optimize the existing social support system.This study first analyzes the possibility of exploring the health service needs of senior school students through literature analysis,and finds relevant theories to lay a theoretical foundation for the preparation of the questionnaire.Questionnaires were designed from the four dimensions of senior school students’ attitudes toward school health service needs,the needs of school health service personnel,the demand for service content,and the demand for service.Secondly,the status of senior school health school health service needs is discussed through the analysis of 740 valid questionnaires.Then the study uses questionnaire survey and grounded theory to explore the factors affecting the health service needs of senior school students and the interaction mechanism among various factors.Also,through semi-structured interviews with senior school students,school doctors,mental health teachers,physical health teachers and school leaders,the main problems facing the current senior school health services are clarified.Based on this,the social support strategies for optimizing the health services of senior school students are proposed.The study found that the self-developed senior school students’ school health service demand scale has good reliability and validity.Through the self-made questionnaire to analyze the status of health service demand of senior school students in China,it is found that the awareness of health service needs of senior school students should be improved.Senior school students generally hope to get more health knowledge and health information.Senior school students pay special attention to physical health and safety issues,and attach great importance to interpersonal relationships,but they are not concerned about love and gender communication.Senior school students hope to get support on academic pressure.In the human resources of health services,senior school students are more inclined to seekhelp from their families when they face health problems,followed by doctors and friends.In the way of providing health information,senior school students are more likely to get health knowledge and information through health courses,followed by popularization of science,and finally access to health information through the Internet.The factors affecting the health service needs of senior school students are mainly affected by family and economic environment,lifestyle and health cognitive behaviors,health education resources,and social support factors.The health cognition behavior is the most basic factor and the social support is the core element,which have important impacts on the family,economic environment and the balanced distribution of health education resources.Therefore,this paper is based on the reality of school health service,focusing on improving the health awareness and health behavior of senior school students,aiming at achieving a balanced distribution of educational resources,and constructing the social support system of self-support,group support,family support,community support and government support to improve the health service level of our school. |
