| At the end of 2017,the Ministry of Education officially promulgated the Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Ordinary High Schools(2017 edition).So far,the research on the curriculum standards is still in the stage of expert interpretation.This study will do field research on the implementation of the curriculum standards in this city in the spirit of the first crab-eating,with a view to providing a lesson for the smooth implementation of the newly promulgated national curriculum standards."Academic Quality Standard" is a new content of "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard for Ordinary High Schools(2017 Edition)" [hereinafter referred to as "Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)] relative to" Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard for Ordinary High Schools(Experimental Edition)"[hereinafter referred to as" Curriculum Standard(Experimental Edition)].It is one of the highlights and quintessence of "Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)".The purpose of this study is to find out the difficulties and problems encountered in the implementation of Curriculum Standards(2017 edition)in this area,and to share the cases of solving the problems with the campus football project as an example.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,data statistics and case study,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey of some high school physical education teachers and students in Nanning,and takes the measures taken by the third middle school of Nanning in the implementation of academic quality standards as an example,carries out an empirical study,and obtains the following main results:1.Currently,"Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" has attracted great attention and become an imperative national document of every ordinary high school in the country.Currently,"Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" is a new thing in the tide of basic education reform.It has a forward-looking and leading role in a period of time,and has great practical significance.2."Academic quality standard" corresponds to the core literacy of the discipline.Academic quality is the key structure of carrying teachers’ teaching(achieving teaching objectives)and students’ learning(completing academic requirements).It is the link between the two.This paper explores the problems related to the implementation of the new academic quality standard in "Curriculum Standards(2017 edition)",and plays an important role in the implementation of "Curriculum Standards(2017 edition)".The role of a model to overcome difficulties,so as to achieve the purpose of demonstration and leadership.3.The survey shows that nearly 60% of the teachers in Nanning have been learning and implementing the football project "Academic Quality Standard" in the "Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)".The difficulties they encounter are:(1)some physical education teachers have weak professional competence,and they still need time to study and study the new thing they have just come into contact with;(2)some students have weak football foundation and lack of interest in football learning.(3)Because of the uneven level of students’ football,they can not adapt to the form of teaching options.(4)Some school equipment is not perfect,and many teaching contents in the curriculum standards can not be implemented.4.More than 40% of the teachers in the survey have not used the "Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" soccer project stage academic quality standards to evaluate students’ learning outcomes.The main reasons are:(1)The soccer project academic quality standards of "Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" are different from the regional characteristics of Nanning,and it is difficult to transfer;(2)Many sports teachers’ training methods.Monotonous,students’ learning effect is difficult to meet the "curriculum standards(2017edition)" of the academic quality standards;(3)the physical quality of the students can not meet the relevant requirements of the football project academic quality standards.5.The case of the implementation of the academic quality standard of football project in Nanning No.3 Middle School shows that it is feasible to formulate the school-based curriculum standard(content Standard + academic quality standard)according to the national curriculum standard "Curriculum Standard(2017 edition)",which is in line with the actual situation of our school.It is also the only way for the national curriculum reform to come true. |
