Research On The Cultivation Of Granduate Students' Scientific Research Ability Based On The Investigation Of "Search Quotient" Status

Graduate students are the main force of scientific research and innovation in China.The strength of their scientific research capabilities has a significant impact on the construction of the national innovation system.Scientific research can not do without information search and acquisition.Now is the era of network information,massive information is constantly updated,and the half-life of knowledge is increasingly shortened.“Search Quotient” is used to describe the ability to obtain required information quickly and accurately.Search quotient has an important influence on the research ability of graduate students.Faced with the severe situation of information explosion,graduate students need higher search quotient if they want to make breakthroughs and stand out in scientific research.This paper firstly comprehensively predominates the research status of search quotient and postgraduate research ability,combines the origin of search quotient and the research of this paper to definition search quotient,and selects the three components of search quotient based on the search formula proposed by the predecessors-search consciousness,search ability,search results,select the five major components of postgraduate research ability according to authoritative research,explore the relationship between search quotient and research capabilities,and put forward the hypothesis that search quotient and its three factors are positively related to scientific research ability.Secondly,based on the components of the graduate search quotient and research capabilities,the questionnaire was compiled for empirical research.The quantitative analysis of the obtained data shows that there are certain defects in the current status of graduate search quotient and research capabilities,and the relevance between search quotient and research capabilities is verified.Sexuality verification shows that the overall of search quotient,search awareness,search ability and search results all have a positive correlation with scientific research capabilities.On the basis of the current situation survey,the graduate students were selectively in-depth interviewed,and the grounding theory was used to qualitatively analyze the interview data to obtain the three major influencing factors of graduate search in the research process: its own characteristics,search platform and environmental factors.Finally,according to the above empirical research and the problems,from the three perspectives of postgraduate self-improvement,optimization and upgrading of search platform,and constructing a favorable information environment,this paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions of graduate students' search quotient and scientific research ability training,hoping to help graduate students improve their search quotient and scientific research ability.
