Due to the sustained and stable development of China's economic situation,it has entered a new stage of development.The economic structure and the optimization speed of various industries are faster,which means that a large number of technical talents are needed in every industry.Higher vocational education has more and more important significance.With the vigorous development of Higher Vocational education,the scale of higher vocational colleges is increasing,and the number of teachers in higher vocational colleges is increasing,which makes the management of teachers in higher vocational colleges more and more difficult.The author's C Vocational College also encounters many problems in teacher management.Based on this,this paper studies the human resource management of teachers in C Vocational College.Firstly,by collecting and analyzing literature,this paper analyses the current situation of human resources management of foreign vocational education teachers,summarizes and draws lessons from their advanced experience,and analyses the current situation of domestic higher vocational education development and domestic higher vocational education teachers' human resources management.Secondly,it defines the concepts of human resources,teachers' human resources in Higher Vocational colleges,teachers' human resources management in Higher Vocational colleges,and studies the relevant theories of human resources management.Then,on the basis of previous research,from the perspective of human resources development and management,taking C Vocational College as the research object,through field data collection and questionnaires to understand the current situation of teachers' human resources management,and analyze the problems and reasons of teachers' human resources management in C Vocational College.Then,from the aspects of establishing innovative management concept,reforming teacher recruitment system,establishing a scientific performance appraisal system,formulating a reasonable salary system,reforming teacher training system,and attaching importance to teacher career management,this paper puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures for improving teacher human resources management in C Vocational College.Finally,the previous research is summarized and the future is prospected.
