University Human Resource Management

Management of human resources is an important part of management in college, teachers and researchers are the body of a college, as human resources in college, their comprehensive qualities and creative ability decide the development of colleges in the future. Colleges are facing great challenge and good opportunities as well. With a series of reforms, colleges are able to enlarge the number of the recruitment, better the development of scientific industry and make the logistic service socialized. The college system reform has changed from quantity to quality, from macroresearch to microresearch, from which we see clearly that human resources in the college cannot meet the development, the reform of the intercampus management should be furthered. This paper analyzes the problems and strategies to human resources in colleges based on my experience and practical work.This paper falls into three parts: significance of human resources management, problems existed in human resources management and measures on how to manage human resources. Two fresh ideas are also put forward: first, establishing post model to compare in detail and improving appointing system by regulation. Second, carrying out inspiriting system with culture, colleges are special organizations either to nourish or to use persons with ability, therefore, cultural inspirit should be put first in the human resources management in colleges, it also agrees to "person-centered" management. With good team spirit and special cultural inspiriting system which should be the main part of human resources management, we can make it possible to keep persons with ability from leaving by "emotion", by "cause" by "conditions".
