The discipline self-confidence of high school political teachers is an endogenous motivation for individuals to gain professional growth.It has a profound impact on understanding teachers' situations themselves,exploring their potential to self-development,choosing teaching behavior effectively as well as realizing their self-worth.How to develop discipline self-confidence is a problem that every political teacher must face throughout his life-long career.However,due to the constraints of the examination-oriented education system,the status of high school political discipline is characterized as“false equality”.Many high school political teachers generally face a series of problems,such as the weakening of disciplinary value identification,the academic emotional exhaustion,and the confusion of the subject,which make the teachers lack of discipline self-confidence and embarrassed in ideological and political education work in high school,This thesis takes "the discipline self-confidence of high school political teachers"as the research topic,and explores the idea of"theory analysis-the status quocombo-cause analysis-reshaping strategy discussion",based on the overall grasp of the current high school political teacher discipline self-confidence problem.On the basis of finding an effective remodeling path,it aims to provide an important reference path for high school political teachers to enhance their academic self-confidence.This thesis includes four parts:the introduction and the body.The introduction summarizes the reasons for the topic selection and research significance,related literature review,research ideas and research methods.First of all,this paper discusses the connotation and necessity of strengthening discipline self-confidence of high school ideological and political teachers.The so-called high school political teacher discipline self-confidence means that in the process of subject processing or teaching practice,in the process of positive response and meaningful consultation with the political disciplines endowed by the state and society,and when actively interacting with interpersonal groups,the high-level political teachers gradually deepen Disciplinary cognition,positively confirm and strengthen confidence in the value of political subjects,the status of disciplines,and the development prospects of disciplines,and hold a sense of self-efficacy that can make a difference in the development of disciplines.It stems from the teacher's deep understanding of the subject content,the practical recognition of the subject value,the positive affirmation of the teaching efficacy,the positive experience of the subject education happiness,the optimistic grasp of the subject's prospects,and the practice of the virtue tree.The task of moral education,promoting the professional growth of teachers,and winning the self-confidence of students is of vital importance.Secondly,it dialects the problem of the self-confidence of high school political teachers.Based on the analysis of the results of the empirical investigation,it is found that although the current high school political teachers generally form a high degree of academic identity,problems are still existed.For instance,the current high school political discipline weakens,the teacher's cognition of the subject is vague,and the subject teaching is inefficient.This has led to the emergence of high school political teachers' inferiority complex,weakened value identity,reduced subject self-efficacy,increased burnout,and lack of sense of self-meaning.In view of the above problems,it is further pointed out that the current high-level political teachers'self-confidence enhancement has the obstacles,such as the lack of teacher's subjective function,the weakness of construction in the discipline theory,the conflict between the new curriculum reform and reality,the lag of school management,and the lack of social support.Finally,this paper explores the strategy of reshaping the self-confidence of high school ideological and political teachers from five aspects.These are teacher self-improvement,subject theory construction,school work environment,new curriculum reform,and social atmosphere.Specifically speaking,By awakening the political teacher's disciplinary awareness,strengthening individuality efforts,maintaining a positive attitude,and optimizing the quality of professional development these can activate the teachers'weight-building disciplines;By guiding discipline builders to raise awareness of subject issues and creating a good research environment to effectively promote the construction of discipline theories these can enhance the confidence of teachers;By updating management concepts of school administrators and improving school management mechanisms these can improve teacher discipline Confidence in the school work environment;By encouraging the teacher to change the discourse power,deepening the evaluation of the deep chemical industry,and breaking through the dilemma of curriculum reform these can consolidates the confidence of teachers as well;By creating an atmosphere of respecting teachers and teaching,and adjusting the salary incentive mechanism,the social status of political teachers will be improved to create a social atmosphere that strengthens the self-confidence of teachers.In this way,it provides a practical reference for enhancing the self-confidence of current high school political teachers.
