Education is the biggest foundation stone of national rejuvenation and the fundamental way to promote people’s all-round development and improve their quality.The development and implementation of educational policies will affect the direction,scale and speed of educational development in a country or a region.Based on maslow’s hierarchy of needs,the theory of public goods and the new public service,this study comprehensively selects literature research method and empirical research method.The article can be divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the purpose and significance of this research,the current situation at home and abroad,research objects and methods.The second part mainly defines the characteristics and theories of several related concepts.The third part analyzes the current situation of ethnic education in Jarud Town.It analyzes the number and distribution of schools,teaching staff,number of students and source of students,construction of hardware facilities,teaching forms,investment of educational funds,scientific research and international cooperation and exchange,etc.The fourth part,the problems and reasons in the implementation of the national education policy of Jarud Town,reveals the economic differences between local and county areas,uneven development of teachers and hardware facilities,insufficient investment in education funds,unreasonable teaching forms,lack of international cooperation and exchange platform and other problems.The fifth part,in order to promote the effective implementation of the national education policy,puts forward the solutions to ensure the full-time teachers to improve the teaching quality,guarantee the source of students,improve the balanced development of hardware facilities,improve the teaching form,ensure the timely and full allocation of education funds,and provide more scientific research and cooperation and exchange platforms. |
