With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,our country has made some progress in basic education,and accumulated a lot of experience.But the examination and evaluation system reform is still lagging behind,most of the exams are designed to identify and select better students,or the exam only serves the function of terminal evaluation.But this kind of single evaluation method is not conducive to the establishment of students' self-confidence,it is also not conducive to the improvement of teachers and teaching practice too.If we can implement formative assessment,on the basis of the original final assessment,in accordance with local conditions,combined with the specific situation,It can not only guarantee the teaching quality,but also teach students according to their actual conditions as far as possible,they will achieve real and stable improvementFormative evaluation is becoming more and more important with the development of curriculum reform.Especially,for the difference of the students,we should pay more and more attention to the classroom evaluation.So we hope to collect and reflect on the problems of students,to discover students'ability of solving math through formative evaluation.We also hope to help students to form self-confidence and promote their active learning of mathematics.Based on the analysis of the theoretical elements and characteristics of formative assessment,this paper tries to classify formative assessment into three categories:pre-formative assessment,classroom formative assessment and after-class formative assessment.In the process of implementation,I tried to convert students' daily behavior performance into corresponding numbers,all the results will be collected into the final data through teachers'use of evaluation scale and students'use of evaluation scale.I will use Cronbach-? coefficient to analyze the reliability of the two scales.Finally,based on the data in the scale,I will analyze the overall problems in the preview process and after-class learning process,and partially analyze the problems of individual students in each link.As for the overall problem,teachers can improve the classroom teaching.As for the individual student's problem,teachers can correct it through interview and evaluation,so as to achieve better teaching and learning effect...
